My dad is a writer. Therefore, I am a writer. I love the HP books, and read them over and over again. I'm also new to fan fiction, but I've done some experiments with it, and I think it's fun.

If anyone can get her talking again, it’s Blaise.

Albus Severus Potter and the Thingamajig of Destiny by TrueMarauder
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 28]
Summary: The scar had not pained Harry for nineteen years. All was well.
Or was it?
Voldemort is dead, but strange things are happening at Hogwarts (again). A mysterious object has resurfaced from the very origins of Hogwarts itself, and a wannabe Dark Lord is trying to steal it. With the help of a very unusual book, it is up to Albus and his friends to stop him.
One can only expect this when a Potter comes to Hogwarts.
I loved your opening paragraph in the first chapter! But, the thing that had me rolling on the floor laughing was when Rose put the hat on and it yelled "RAVINDOR!" (although everything was brilliant.)
Quick question: you can't possibly be the Weasley twins in disguise, can you? *gigglesnort*
Excellent beginning, can't wait to see more!
Author's Response: wow... sometimes i really get shocked at what readers find funny. But seriously, I'm glad that you've enjoyed it... and i'm sorry we haven't posted anything else recently!! our computer has shut down and (stupidly) the other chapters are on it!! See the importance of backing up. But it should be saved eventually and we WILL be posting more later.

Author's Response: Sorry it's taken me so long to respond...
I'm glad you liked this! I had a lot of fun writing it. And what can I say? The pillow fight just sorta happened.... :)

Snape's Christmas Carol by Sonorus
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 24]
Summary:
A little bit of fun for the Christmas season!
Severus Snape is a miserable, grumpy, nasty man, feared or loathed by all around him. But can the appearance of a succession of familiar ghosts one Christmas convince him to mend his ways?
Based on the classic story by Charles Dickens. Lightly comic with serious parts. AU warning as Snape has survived the Battle of Hogwarts
Very good! I enjoyed this chapter immensely and I'm looking forward to the next one! (I liked the bit about the doornail/dormouse). :)
Author's Response: Thank you! I like the doornail/dormouse joke too. I've not written a humour story before, and I found coming up with jokes wasn't easy, but that one seemed almost ready made (more thanks to Mr Dickens and Ms Rowling than me, really).
