Summary: It’s April Fool’s Day at Hogwarts, and three generations must uphold a Gryffindor tradition.
This story was written by Gmariam of Ravenclaw for the April Fool’s Day One-Shot Challenge.
Nice! I love how Fred and George added some of their own stuff to the potion, because that is totally something they would do. There is no OOC-ness, and you wrote Albus and Rose exactly how I think they would be. Awesome job!
Author's Response: Thank you for the great review! I'm so glad you enjoyed it and found it in character, especially with characters we barely met in canon. I really appreciate your kind comments - thanks again! ~Gina :)
Summary: What thoughts would go through your mind if you knew you only had seconds to live? Would you think about happy times or sad? Those you are leaving behind, or those you are going to see? Would you think about what you accomplished in your life or what you left undone? Would your mind be filled with regrets or pride?
A moment exists between life and death. For some that moment covers a lifetime of memories, for others it is all too brief.
My throat has that throbby feeling when you KNOW you are about to cry... and here the tears come.
You made my tearducts act up, and for that, I just KNOW that you deserve a spot in my favorites and that you are a good writer who wrote a good story.
Author's Response: Ahh, thank you. I will be posting more of this series of one-shots soon. If you are in the mood for another tearjerker, The Decision is one I still can't read without crying, and I wrote it. Thanks again. Terri
Summary: Luna is always one for being the center of attention, and her classmates are always ones for finding ways for making her such. And when Luna waltzes into Potions class one day with a live duck tucked under her arm, Professor Snape can't help but ask for the reasoning behind it.
A Monty Python-inspired Easter story for Tim the Enchanter
This is really funny. I like it. I found a redundancy error, I'm not sure if it was intentional, because it came from luna, or if it was a legitimate mistake. it was “So in order to save time, I simply started carrying a live duck around with me to save time.”
It has 'Save time.' in there twice. again, i'm not sure if you meant that. ;)
This is a really funny and well-written story. Good job.
Author's Response: Oh, yes, that was an error, but I did correct. But I'm glad you enjoyed the story.
Summary: Charming, courageous, athletic, rebellious, and Hogwart’s number one heartthrob: a reputation Sirius Black has cherished since First Year. Unfortunately for Sirius, his worst enemy overhears the one little secret that could ruin his reputation in an instant. The Marauders have to stop their enemy before the secret can spread through Hogwarts. If they fail, the perfect life as Sirius knows it will end.
Warning: extreme OOC content and general ridiculous randomness.
This is really great. :) Sirius.. afraid of a squirrel.
I was laughing throughout the whole thing. Keep writing, because you're good at it.
Author's Response: Thank you for the compliments! I plan on writing for a long while. :D
Summary: A normal afternoon turns into a odd one for the Trio when a random boy shows up, a character who is convinced he is an authentic British lad. He is sadly mistaken.
Okay, I laughed so hard I almost fell out of my chair. that was awesome.
Author's Response: Yea- I'm glad it was funny :) Thanks for the review!
