Obviously, they both refuse, but Lucius isn't going to give up easily. After all, he wants his status back. He still has a few tricks up his sleeve and is determined to play match-maker. A Thousand Words by annie
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 1740]
Summary: For the rest of the Ministry, the interdepartmental challenge was merely a failed attempt to restore trust between workers. But for Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger, it was the catalyst for an unexpected relationship built on passionate letters, concealed identities, and secret meetings – and the beginning of an end that neither of them could ever have imagined possible, not even in their wildest dreams.
Post-war. Based somewhat on the story of the Phantom of the Opera. Also contains R/Hr, so don't read if you can't stomach that ship.
Status: Complete. Thanks for reading, everyone!
WOW! That was a great ending for the chapter. I love how the relationship is progressing. It's not too rushed like some D/Hr stories. I love it! Please update soon!!

A Second Task by Undividable410
Rated: [Reviews - 5]
Summary: Having failed his first task for the Dark Lord, Draco has fled and hidden from the rest of the wizarding world. As, he now returns months later he is left with several choices that could very much prove to be fatal...
This is the prequel to the one-shot All a Father Could Teach.
Wow... I really enjoyed this. I can't wait to see how Draco's plan works out. I think this is one of the few 'book 7' type stories I've read where only two of the Trio return to Hogwarts. Usually it's just the girls or everyone comes back after some epic battle over the summer and everything is just dandy afterwards. I'm really looking forward to how you continue with this plot. Keep up the good work!
