Wonderful Idea for the chocolate frog cards! I don't want to be pushy, but could you please let me know early who the pairings are? I always prefer the canon pairings. Or, if you prefer not to spoil it for people who read this review, contact me through my username.

Forever on the Closed Ward by Aelan Greenleaf

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • Past Featured Story
Summary: "I'm Harry. Harry Potter," the man smiled as he reached out a welcoming hand, "and who are you?" "Brian. Brian Harrison," the boy lied. He could feel the sadness rise in him as they shook hands, as if meeting for the first time.

I really don't care for this fic. I just don't really see the point of this. Harry is mentally ill, that's an interesting area to explore. But what actually happens in the fic has no point. Harry can't remember his son. His son is sad. That's pretty much it. Even other monologues at least prove something. This is just pretty minimal advancement.

A Multicolored Bloom of Possibility by self named harry potter freak

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •

Two years pass without word and Ginny starts to lose faith that Harry will ever come back to her, since he has not done so since the fall of Voldemort. So Sorry about the huge and inexcuseable wait for chappie 5. It's in the queue now 8/19/07.

Killer Instincts by Ginny Weasley Potter

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: London: Four murders have taken place under bizarre circumstances, for what seems to be an equally bizarre reason.

Harry, a happily wedded man with a wonderful wife and a cute daughter, is an Auror at the Ministry of Magic and is now given a new case to solve with Ron and four other Aurors. Incidentally, the four Aurors include Ginny, Harry’s ‘schoolboy crush’; and it turns out to be much more than a crush when Harry sees her again. What’s more is that Harry is working upon a case that seems to connect to him directly. And once again, it opens up old fears: fears of losing loved ones.

Ron, on the other hand, seems to be tired of Hermione. Tempers are running high and fights are breaking out more often than usual. Are they really falling apart? Or can they sort this out before it is too late?

Then there is the case itself. Who is trustworthy, and who is not? Who is deadly enough to murder four people in cold blood?

Indulge into the gut-wrenching action, combined with warm romance and tingling suspense; while I tell you a story of love, ambition and obsession… a story of what those killer instincts can do. EDIT: MAJOR revamping going on, with regard to plot, characterisation, and general style of writing. I would urge you not to read this until I've removed this notice because I wasn't very good six years ago, and this is as bad as I was. *Places traffic cones*

EVERY SINGLE ONE of your characters are ridiculously secretive, overly sensitive/angsty-Edward-Cullens. This annoys me SO much.

And "Killingly" isn't a word, O Smart one

Author's Response: Hello there! This is the first time that I'm hearing something like this about my characters, as I've got up their character threads on the Forums and have been guaranteed that they aren't Mary-Sues. Since you think otherwise, can you please give in your inputs on their character threads? I could do with suggestions, rather than read this after every chapter I write. And these people are mostly based on real friends of mine, who are really, and truly like this. :)

OMG, great fic, and I normally don't say that about humor fics unless they're only humorous. This one is much better because it's not just weird nonsense coming out of nowhere.

I particularly like this fic. Every other Harry/Ginny fic I've read seems to have the need to make up an alternate universe to complete the fic, and they don't even explain it thoroughly. This is one of the only fics I've read that are canon.

Also, about your name, are you the person who owns Pokecharms.net?

Great Expectations by Cassandras Cross

Well, I'm finally reviewing this, after reading so long! POINTS:

~ Nice use of dawlish in certain chapters. I considered both Dawlish and Dolohov to be a little literary figure with a name I made up, IC, which stands for Immortal casualty. Basically, these characters never die, but are always there to either hurt or put in a hospital to emphasize a battle. I always have fun playing with ICs. strangely enough, I can't stop introducing it as "IC, the immortal casaulty"

~You know, this is a very wonderful fic and all, but I really don't like it when people keep putting so much emphasis on Albus. There are other children too! Also, nothing special is given about Albus during JK's epilogue. In fact, no offense, but I take him to be just a bit whiny.

A Different View On Love by helz_belz

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: James would do anything to get inside Lily’s head. Lily would do anything to get away from James. Lily was brewing a banned potion. James went to find her. Lily made a mistake and the potion exploded. James got his wish, but is it much more than he bargained for?

Now Complete!

After a year the Epilouge is now up! Come read for a bit of fun!!

Runner up QSQ - Best Chaptered Canon Romance

Reason for Nomination:
This is the most unique take on how James and Lily really got to know each other. The story is hilarious and keeps you laughing throughout, but it never lets you forget the serious stuff. Plus, she somehow manages to end each chapter with a nice cliffhanger.

Possible Idea: The antidote for the potion is discovered by Lily, but she decides not to tell James

Hey! THANK YOU for updating today! I've been feeling SO down today, this stupid rumour, and this girl is... well, you don't want to hear about that

My favourite part is when Sirius goes "No need to be so conceited, James" in the next to last chapter

Author's Response: Thank you for reviewing :). That line was actually a last minute addition that just popped into my head.

That's really awful that you're feeling down. If you need someone to talk to, you're welcome to email me, you'll find the link on my author's profile :)

Christmas With Lily by ladybracknell

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: It's Christmas Eve in the Gryffindor common room, and nothing is stirring except two Gryffindor prefects. Remus/Lily
Reviewer: Lazy Lazuli Signed
Date: 12/19/08 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1

This is too out of character for Remus, he is supposed to be loyal and responsible, yet he is almost perfectly okay with kissing a girl his best friend has liked for years. As well as the fact that Lily is talking about James wanting to kiss her, starts talking about Remus, then starts kissing him is a little too random. Also, what happens next? Remus says James is going to kill him, which he will, but nothing more happens. If this story was to exist at all, it should have been more than just a one-shot.

Becoming Rita by hestiajones

That sucks...

Not the story, what happened in the story. Taylor should have died as well.
