For some peculiar reason it appears that nearly all of my stories features one Draco Malfoy. I can’t promise to rectify this situation at all – it appears he is the character I find it easiest to write. And I certainly do like to write about him.
My first story is called 'How a Murder May Change a Life,' and it's now all done.
'A Suitable Young Man.' is now all done :) The three stories featuring Draco/Ginny are sort of connected (but can perfectly well be read separately).
Right now I'm writing away on my Sirius/Ginny story. Not abandoned - just taking a rest. Third chapter shouldn't be too far away.
I'm also pondering a Blaise/Ginny story ... hmm. Back to thinking.
Summary: After the fall of Voldemort, an inexplicable illness plagues the surviving Death Eaters. Albus Dumbledore has a plan to save Severus Snape—but how, exactly, is Hermione Granger involved?
This story was very sweet. It’s the first story I read on the pairing – I’ve always stayed well clear, but now I’m sold. I simply loved the way you had Severus determined to try again – shower twice a day, indeed! And I adore a happy ending. Very creative, and I simply love that you gave the Potions master a second chance.
Summary: Harper Riley is one of the most gifted young witches of her generation. However, since the traumatic events of the Battle of Hogwarts, she has not spoken a single word. Her Muggle parents were killed, along with her two wizarding brothers, and she is on the run from her squib guardian, a sinful and harsh man with a strong hatred of magic.
Harry Potter is recently married and settled, however, his life seems to take on another dramatic turn when he and Ginny find Harper. Her refusal to speak makes things a lot harder for them to discover how to help her. Luckily, Harry knows someone who owes him a favour. Someone who he and Ginny may not like, but they trust. Someone whose profession is to help those who suffer from the Battle of Hogwarts, no matter their story…
If anyone can get her talking again, it’s Blaise.
"I don't want to forget that night...but I don't want to remember it either."
A Blaise Zabini/Original Character romance
This story has the characters: Blaise Zabini, Harper Riley, Jimmy Peakes, Harry Potter, Ginny Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Weasley, Isabella Zabini, Draco Malfoy, Dennis Creevey, Leonard Wilkes, Theodore Nott and Minerva McGonagall plus many more.
Oh, this is a great story. I find myself fearing Blaise will never see sense. Why are those Slytherins so closed...? Ah, they are so sweet! Please tell me they'll get the better of that spooky squib guardian! heh :)
Author's Response: LOL. Glad you like it. Next chapter should be soon :)
Summary: Secrets abound in the wizarding hospital named St Mungo’s. One of the biggest secrets was a patient who had been dropped off as the Battle of Hogwarts ended. He was being kept hidden while a young witch worked to save his life.
He had been left for dead. Everyone in the wizarding world thought he was dead. No one knew who had dropped him off at St Mungo’s. Through luck or divine intervention, he was under the care of a witch who not only knew wizarding medicine, but Muggle medicine as well. This combination may just save his life.
Elizabeth Haymen knew that she may not be able to save this man. She didn’t know why she was trying so hard to save him when she knew what he had been accused of doing. She knew what he had been like in school, but still she had to try.
This is mudbloodproud of Hufflepuff writing for One Flew Over the Fwooper's Nest prompt in the Bookbasilisk Summer Challenge in the Great Hall on the Beta Forums.
Oh, I love that surprice at the end... Snape, what? I saw the summary and just *had* to know who this man was :)
