And They Should Not Be Forgotten by Lady Nienna

Rated: 6th-7th Years • 7 Reviews
Summary: The Final Battle ended only a week ago, and the Wizarding World is still celebrating. Only one person seems unhappy, but nobody can help him.
Draco's POV

Reviewer: Adeyla Signed
Date: 11/17/08 Title: Chapter 1: And They should Not Be Forgotten

wow, this is amazing, so much power from Draco, it's kind of scary, but i have always wanted to write a fic where Draco was completely different, but they always get rejected! this was awesome

Anorexia by StepUpTimneh

Rated: 6th-7th Years • 20 Reviews
Summary: Ginny battles with Anorexia Nervosa after who true love deserts her.
Reviewer: Adeyla Signed

omigods, this was so painful! it is a real look at Anorexia, and such a sad outlook on life!

Revival of Autumn by AstroFire

Rated: 6th-7th Years • 16 Reviews
Summary: The war is long over, and Harry is now reflecting on what his life is. But is it really what he thought it would be?

A short one-shot with Autism as the main theme. Meant for mature readers. Rating due to the sensitive topic.

Loads of thanks to Kasey for modding and guiding me with this story.

wow... this was so sad, it made me cry, this should definitrl not be taken off the site, if it is, ill have something to say about it! this story is so beautiful

Author's Response: Adeyla, thank you very much :) But if they take it off, don't worry about it... it was in the wisedom of the mods to do it :/ But as it hasn't happened yet, thank you very much for your support. It's because of words like these that I get courage to keep writing :) ~Astro

All The Same by Lurid

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 9 Reviews
Summary: I don't mind where you come from
As long as you come to me
I don't like illusions I can't see

All around her, she observes conforming, and it scares her. So many people around her are so similar in their appearance, and sadly, a lot of them are more than similar underneath. Most of them are the same.

this was awesome, as we don't see the whole, "Peer Pressure" thing so much at Hogwarts, and this shows that it's just any other school.

The Final Farewell by mrsdan

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 6 Reviews
Summary: Harry says his final words to Albus Dumbledore and discovers within himself the power to go on and continue fighting.

This was once going to be a long story, but I decided to change it to a one-shot. You'll see why once you read it!

I really liked this! its quite short, but a good finale

Author's Response: Thanks so much! I'm glad you liked it!

Changing the Past by PEMDAS

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 430 Reviews
Summary: Harry would give anything to have his parents back...what if he got the chance to? Harry, Ron and Hermione get mysteriously sent back in time to when the Marauders were in school, and Harry attempts to alter history. Can he get his parents back? Or will he only end up messing up the future forever? (Note: Rating and Warnings will change in later chapters, while the first few chapters are very mild.)

This was really cool, but i think the last chapter happened too fast, it jumped from place to place without much description and was a bit confusing

Swallow Your Pride by KASK

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 110 Reviews
Summary: I'm not really sure how or when it happened. I'd say somewhere between when he saved my life (and didn't even mention it!) and our late-night conversation. Or maybe in third year, but I just repressed it. No matter when it happened, something clicked with James Potter, and I felt like a fool. Especially when I learned that he had a girlfriend. Hopefully with stories of a nude Petunia and my charm, he'll see the light.

This will be six chapters.

i loved this story so much. it made me cry and laugh with Lily's naked petunia story. the ending was perfect, not overdramtic, just simple but happy.

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it! :)

Forbidden by megan_lupin

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 7 Reviews
Summary: “Forbidden fruit is sweetest.”

The temptation is always strong when one discovers knowledge that they should not see. And not everyone denies the sweetest of all fruits … Some embrace it hungrily.

Choosing to Fight by x2pttrclue32

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 6 Reviews
Summary: “You actually are joking, Perce…. I don’t think I’ve heard you joke since you were—”

BOOM! Fred’s sentence was interrupted by an explosion so enormous that he was lifted off his feet. He flew backwards through the air, bits of rock and rubble pummeling his entire body. Covering his face with his hands, he continued to soar until, with a crash that knocked all the wind out of him, he hit the ground.

In the midst of the final battle at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, tragedy occurs when a corridor is blasted apart. A brother has died, and another vows to avenge his death. But soon, he will have to make a choice: to fight or to accept his fate.

Date: 11/18/08 Title: Chapter 1: Choosing to Fight

i liked this story, but i don't like the fatc that you changed it from canon; i think Fred's death should be left alone, and, sad as i am to say it, i think that if we brought him back, it would muck everything up

Australia by Unfading

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 11 Reviews
Summary: ‘I've modified my parents' memories, so that they're convinced they're really called Wendell and Monica Wilkins, and that their life ambition is to move to Australia...’ One-shot centred on Hermione's parents.
Reviewer: Adeyla Signed
Date: 11/17/08 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1

i always wondered about Hermione's parents, because we never get a description of them, we never even get their names! i wonder how strong Hermione's memory charms are...

Just Because of a Stupid Baby by Valentinia

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 16 Reviews
Summary: Scorpius was finding it hard to concentrate on potions, and when he heard someone crying he just had to know what the matter was. What he discovered was more than he bargained for, and less than he imagined.

Originally for the September Challenge.
Reviewer: Adeyla Signed
Date: 11/11/08 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1

This is odd, a funny take on teen pregnancy, and i love to read a story from Scorpius's perspective

All the King's Horses by Mem_Marie

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 8 Reviews
Summary: Draco Malfoy is broken. Life has dealt him many a cruel hand, and he is not strong enough to take fate’s blows. But he thought he somehow still had a chance – a chance in the form of a Gryffindor girl with dirty blood.

He must have been wrong. It seems that nothing – not all the king’s horses, nor all the king’s men - can put Draco back together again.

[One-sided, Draco-centric, DHr romance set after DH]

Date: 11/16/08 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1

i liked this, and the portrayl of Draco was awesome, i think you got him perfectly!

Chasing the Moon by beauty and brains

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 2 Reviews
Summary: In a world of euphoria due to the downfall of the Dark Lord, many things change for the better. But not everything, which Lavender Brown finds out quickly enough. The world still fears werewolves and wants nothing to do with them. As the people around Lavender move on with their lives, she remains forgotten, still held in the grips of terror and darkness, with no one to help pull her through.

wow, this is a painful story, but i love to see Lavender like this, i always thought that Jo didn't give her enough credit

Author's Response: Thank you, I completely agree. I knew there had to be more to Lavender than just the giddy, annoying girl that she is perceived to be. Thanks for the review!

Flowers of Innocence by Valentinia

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 7 Reviews
Summary: Two girls, both flowers in their own right, drawn together by flowers. Their friendship was impossible, but it happened. This is how.

Warning: This fic can be interpreted as a frienship fic, but it sort of leans toward femmeslash, though obviously there’s nothing graphic at all (see rating). Still, if the concept itself offends, I wouldn’t read this. The slash warning is just in case.

Wow, this is really cool, i like to see the soft side of Pansy

Come Back To Me by megan_lupin

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 7 Reviews
Summary: “I love you.”

It had been three days since they’d been together. Three days ago, she had told him. Three days ago, he had left. And now, with only minutes left to them, they tried to express everything that they felt for one another, tried to say everything that they wished to say, before time ran out.

“Come back. Come back to me.”

shouldn't this story take place in 1980, if Hermione is to return to wherever on the day she was born, not her first birthday?? although that fact confused me slightly, i really liked this story, it was well written and intriguing

A Mother's Lament by kalae_zoe

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 10 Reviews
Summary: She placed her head on his chest to see if she could hear a heartbeat. She waited expectantly to hear the gentle thud of his heart beat against her ear. A few seconds turned into several minutes, still no heartbeat. The only heartbeat she could feel was her own as it thumped faster and louder in her chest at each passing second of silence. Why wasn’t his heart beating, unless he really was gone?

“F-Fred, p-please wake up,” she sobbed, not moving her head from her son’s chest.

A look at the Battle of Hogwarts from Molly Weasley’s POV from the death of Fred to her final confrontation with Bellatrix Lestrange.
