i've been a fan of harry potter since i was 8. now at fourteen, my friends are slowly excepting the fact that i'll never grow out of it. the whole idea of a magical world out there...where you could escape and find good friends and a place you finally belong, that was one of my favourite parts. then there was the marvelous plots, the stupendously lifelike characters and the amazingly magical experience that really got me hooked. it was reading the hary potter books that made me aspire to be an author. I'm still waiting for that great idea, one that i wish would be as inspiring, as relatable, as entertaining, as thrilling, or as legendary as the amazing harry potter. The Boy who lived.

"I have a sneaking suspicion that I’m rather good with my hands as well.” HA! really good. kind of repetitive but still funny. note: when did you write this? becaus eif it was prior to goblet of fire i understand why you would put truth potion, not veriteserum.still great.
12 Days of Christmas at Hogwarts by Tania Dalyn4
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 118]
Summary: Challenge #4- for Hufflepuff house.
The inspiration for this version of "12 Days" is one of my favorite xmas tunes "The 12 Pains of Christmas". At the end of each stanza, the lines in parentheses are Harry's musings on the gifts of that day. I fixed the 8th day, thanks everyone!
That's SO good! it's hilarious! i was singing it to myself but i stopped after each to read the little comments!Brilliant! Top-notch! I do hope you write another one, ( a different christmas song i mean!) especially since it's coming up soon. Love it . good work.

A Perfect Year? by wanderingLily
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 47]
Summary: Lily just wants the perfect last year at Hogwarts. James just wants Lily to finally agree to go out with him. What will happen? Will she change her mind, and if she does, why the change?
I thought this was a pretty good story apart from it being perhaps just a TINY BIT bland to say it nicely. i enjoyed the part where james was under the cloak, and I wish I could watch james' brilliant plan unfold. It could've done with just a LITTLE more story in it but it is very good nonetheless. i would love to hear your thoughts on my story although i'm not so sure that it is published yet. I believe it would be under James and lily in romance, and it is called "didn't see that coming" by weasleyalltheway. thankyou.
Author's Response: thanks for the review. i understand that the chapter was a little...bland. i just didn't want to give the plan away yet. and i'll totally read and review your story. i hope you keep reading and reviewing. thanks again.
~wanderingLily
Summary: Deep within the ruins of Godric Hollow, scattered among the fragmented remains of what had been, lies the tale of the end.
A Lily/James one-shot.
very good story, although you may want to add in the warnings: book seven disregarded... because we know this isn't how it happened.. but i like it . well done.

Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 14]
Summary: Ron and Hermione have feelings for each other, and they both know it, but neither will admit it. As Harry tries his best to simply ignore them, Ron and Hermione try their best to make the other jealous. Harry tries to put up with it, but sometimes you can't ignore these things...
aweseom story, i did notice one thing however. you say that harry could see hermione and ron in the stands, and if i'm not mistaken, you then say ron was playing quidditch,( as he should be if i'm correct in thinking it's set in half-blood prince time period) so, you may want to fix that. ove the line about splinching.also love the holding hands! greta work!

It's guaranteed to make Lily's worst nightmare come true, if he can pull it off. And on his own...he probably can't. I like it, and do you like torturing people by not telling them what the prank is and how it's going to ufold! get on it you're killing me here! F.Y.I, I'm weasleyalltheway. check out my story(if it's posted yet) if you want to. I'd like to see what you think as well.
Author's Response: Yep, torturing people is definitely one of my favorite things to do. If you want to know what the prank is you'll have to keep reading this story! *evil laughter* I'll keep an eye out for your story.

Marauders to the End- Year One by armagod679
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 46]
Summary: This is the story of the rat, the stag, the werewolf, and the dog. They met by fate and were bound by a secret. Hopes, fears, love, tears, great and small, Marauders all. Their years at Hogwarts will always live on in infamy, although so many people say different things. Here is the frivolous first year of the tale of Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs.
I think this is a very good beginning. and I especially like the fact that you made up things that the books culdn't tell us ( as a fanfics do) but the information blendid so well with the story. it didn't seem like you had created it, it seemed like it was a solid part from this persons background. can't wait to hear more a but the other marauders!
Author's Response: You flatter me. Really.
Albus Potter and the Resurrection Sword by gallopingurl
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 24]
Summary: It's Albus Potter's first year at Hogwarts. He makes friends, pulls pranks, and discovers the truth behind his father's horrible past.
But Albus Potter's first year of school is not to be completely peaceful. No, he, like his father, must rise to conquer a new enemy amongst his peers, and keep the peace in the wizarding world that his father worked so hard to bring.
I thought this was great and i loved how you incorporated actual peices from the epilogue but changed it up for ablus' point of view. well done. liked it alot.
At the Bus-Stop by Rhi for HP
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 5]
Summary: An old woman sits down on a lonely bench one night waiting for the bus. She is joined by a young woman, who brings with her strange memories of the past, and the reminder that time changes everything.
wow..very good. i think it is very ironic that bellatrix could have lived as a homeless muggle, after she had been such a proud pure blood, and had she " been in the right mind" i don't think she ever could have. but as you said, she had dementia so she would not have remebered her pride... well done.
Author's Response: Very true...When I included the element of dementia in the story it was primarily as a plot tool to dampen Hermione's desire for revenge. But that is very true. Props for being a careful reader! Thanks for taking the time, and I'm glad you liked it!
Confessions of a Boy in Love by MarauderWannabe
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 15]

SEQUEL It Wasn't You, It Was Me NOW ON MNFF!
that's great. i thought it was wondeful. I think it would be exceptional if you maybe added another chapter, in lily's opinion. whatever you think it is. just a thought. but again, splendid work.
