Summary: Lord Voldemort is no more, but the victors paid a high price. This story begins as Harry, Ron, and Hermione’s seventh year comes to an end and Ginny's starts. While delving into the ancient story of Merlin, Percy Weasly brings attention to what appears to be the complete collapse of magic. Can he, or anyone stop the changes before it's too late?
This was the 2nd fanfic i read on MN and i'm pretty sure i've already peaked in terms of literary creativity. A phenomenal tapestry of interweaving story lines and sublime character evolution from the original texts. Truely brilliant levels of talent and imagination have gone into this piece and it shows. Exactly what i was looking for on MN, i cannot give enough praise except that reading this was possibly more enjoyable than reading Rowlings work itself!! I would dearly like to know if you plan to work on another FF. Two pieces of advice, one to those who are yet to read this, READ IT NOW!! and another to the author, leave your Americanism's in the U.S.of A. Harry would never say "mom" he would say "mum" And things like the PBC (devon chapter) a english person would never say that!! LOL These things though are like spots on the sun, they do not dim its brilliance. I thank you heartily for sharing this with myself and the rest of us muggles!
