The Unseemly Proposal by sparx
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 5418]
Summary:
The reign of Voldermort comes to an end, and with it ends the prestige and power Lucius Malfoy once had in the Wizarding World. In order to regain the respect of his fellow wizards and to make them believe that he has turned over a new leaf (which he actually hasn't) and has graciously accepted muggles and Mudbloods, Lucius asks Hermione, a Mudblood, to marry his son, Draco, a pure-blood. Obviously, they both refuse, but Lucius isn't going to give up easily. After all, he wants his status back. He still has a few tricks up his sleeve and is determined to play match-maker. What happens next is a series of events that serve only to bring Hermione and Draco closer, both literally and figuratively speaking. Read to find out how this one unseemly proposal causes absolute chaos in their lives! THIS STORY IS NOT HBP and DH COMPATIBLE! Hey all! Check out my personal info for the expected date of the next update. =)
I'll admit, I was rather apprehensive about reading this story. But you've done a wonderful job! It's captivating watching two people, so unlike as they are, fall for each other. I especially like Jinx because she's really funny and wiitty. Though I must say the Love Knot is getting a bit boring, maybe you could remove it and develop the characters with it off (doesn't matter really, though)? And I'm really curious about what DD is up to :D

My Constant by MoRoCcAnAnDpRoUd
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 484]
Summary: The first war with Lord Voldemort is constantly getting worse; people are dying left and right, dementors are attacking people on the Death Eaters' orders, and nobody knows who is trustworthy anymore. Lily Evans, in her seventh year at Howarts, does not want to be a part of the war -- but some things are unavoidable.
I feel obligated to review because this is such a wonderful story! Nicely written and original (and I like the fact your chapters are rather longer than most people's :D )
Author's Response: Thank you! :D
Kickin' It at the Top by Soap
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 820]
Summary: A Marauder-era fic - this story takes a look at all the characters we've come to love (and hate), as well as an OC or two thrown in for good measure. Follow the Marauders through seven years at Hogwart's, with appearances from the infamous Black sisters, Lucius Malfoy, Regulus Black, and of course the one and only Severus Snape.
There are a bunch of pairings in this story (although romance is not necessarily the central theme) to include James/Lily, Lucius/Narcissa, a splash of Lucius/Bella and unrequited Snape/Lily, and finally, plenty of Sirius/OC. Enjoy!
