Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 2006]
Summary: Ten years have elapsed since Dumbledore's death and McGonagall has Hogwarts back on its feet again. Hermione and Malfoy both teach at the school. But when a new teacher is hired to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts, everyone seems to feel that they've met him before. A story of mystery, passion, friendship, and jealousy… not to mention that Harry Potter has been missing for ten years and Voldemort is dead. (All violence is mild).

Whit,
Here's your Easter egg! So I jumped to give you an egg because I lovvveee this story. It's in my favorites list and i'm hoping, begging, pleading for you to update!! I like how you don't make the relationship between Sirius/Kristy perfect and oh my gosh, you like me too? I like you! Happily ever after!. Those stories are annoying. And you've made their relationship frustratingly difficult, but it's good. Sirius is a very stubborn person, and Kirsty seems to be too. Anyway, I like your story, keep up the good work!!! And by that i mean, uh...update? hehehe...anyway, good job! :)

Returning from the Shadows by megan_lupin
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 8]
Summary: Terror, panic, and confusion made up the First War. The Dark Lord and his Death Eaters kept the Wizarding World in a state of darkness and war for over a decade.
But what if Hallowe'en of 1981 hadn't ended it, and the war had continued for years? What if things had happened differently and a family's lives were saved?
(An AU, First War story)
I really like this story! You should update soon!!!!!!!!

Summary: Once upon a time, Severus Snape told Lily Evans he loved her. He remembered what she said, so why is she off marrying James Potter?
Aww...I don't normally like poetry, but this was really sweet. I'm not a huge fan of Sev/Lily, but after DH, clearly Severus is more sappy/sentimental then we would have thought! This is really sweet, and I think it definitely captures the emotions felt by an unrequited love. I like the repeated line too, it adds some good continuity! Good job! :D

Hey BB!
I really like this poem! And I'm hard to please, because I really don't like poetry! I like the repeating phrase over and over again, it drives the point home without being overly repetitive.
I also like how you don't find out who it is about until the end, and it was definitely a shock to see that it was Rowena/Salazar. I think it's interesting in a poem, and you should write a story about it!!! but overall, great poem! :)

Author's Response: I'm glad you read and reviewed this, even though you don't like poetry! I suppose this poem has only strengthened your hate for it?
Thanks for the review, Bella!
Beneath the Shell by Afifa
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 13]
Summary: A typical love story: Boy loves girl. Girl loves boy. They end up being a couple. They are happy.
Another story: boy loves girl. But. Girl does not love the boy. No happy couple. So how exactly does the boy feel and what does he do to try to win over his love? Most importantly, does he succeed or does he make a gradual progress or does he even give her reason to hate him more?
Hey Afifa!
So I decided to review this story, because I enjoy reading Marauder-era stories about James/Lily. I think because we don't know EXACTLY how they got together, we can imagine so many different possibilities.
I like how you don't end it with them magically getting together, because I don't think you could fully encompass the way they get together in a one-shot. I think you give us a good insight into James' head, although you made him a little bit melodramatic. I'm not a fan of when James prattles on to Sirius/Remus/Peter about how much he loves her, because although I think he had a huugee crush on her, he couldn't truly love her until they started dating. But that's just my personal opinion on love haha.
Overall, it's a lovely one-shot. Keep up the good work! =)

Yeah... I love MWPP fics, too, in case you hadn't all ready guessed. :p
Oh, right. I never looked at it that way. But interesting opinion.
Thank you so much for the review. :D
