My name is Madeline. I am thirteen years old and in Year eight. I live in Melbourne, Australia.

I have told stories to all my life and have continued to keep it up through writing. I hope to one day write a full length novel for teenagers and adults alike to read. But that won't be happening anytime soon, I don't expect.

Another good Interlude. Best line below:

“No Ministry report will be necessary.”

I would be celebrating if it was me. But, hey, it's not.

I like Frank. He's a good character to have a view from.

And the abandoned department store is also an ideal Order Headquarters.

Anyway, Keep up the good work. 10/10 - I'll tell you another day.

Lily's a curious type; I never doubted that. But this chapter, more then any, have made me realise this.

Best line:

"She's not going to be satisfied, mate, until she pours over it for three days straight, has it memorized, and walks down every passage herself." He winked playfully at me. "Despite all of the secrecy and subterfuge, may we finally present," said Sirius proudly, "The Marauder's Map."

Don't ask why this is the best line, because I don't know, but it is.

Keep up the good work. 10/10 (I promise to explain one day)

I was a little confused at the end of this chapter. One minute, it seemed that Frank was at Azkaban, the next it seemed that he was at Hogwarts. It's probably just me, but I was slightly confused.

Best line: Can't find one, but not to worry, I'm sure there will always be more.

Keep up the good work. 10/10

And if those someone’s happen to be a certain double-act everyone knows and loves, try not to kill them, would you? Keep in mind, dear, that besides the fact they’re excellent duelers (as they are unfortunately so keen on demonstrating in the halls) and we’ll need them to watch our backs sooner or later, they’re also a faithful form of entertainment.

The above line is one of my favourites. Also, the whole story is.

Keep up the good work. 10/10

~ Parchment and Quill

P.S. I'm in the works of writing a Marauders Era fic and needed some inspiration for Lily's names. Emmeline Vance is definitely going on my list of maybes now. Hope you don't mind *LOL*

10/10 - excellent, nothing else to say.

P.P.S. Sorry for the rambling

Hmm, Interlude. A nice idea that I'm glad you're incorporating into this story.

“Alice—have you seen the way Ernie drives? And in this traffic, too.” - lol! I just kept thinking of prisoner of azkaban (the movie) and Harry slamming into the window and the little old lady when he's in the knight bus.

Keep up the good work. 10/10

I haven't got a favourite line this time round. It's note that I didn't like the chapter - far from it. It was just that it was so.... I don't know.

Keep up the good work. 10/10

I hope the solemn mood doesn't last too long.

I like this Interlude better then the first one. But that's probably because I didn't like reading with anticipation and all.

Anyway, this was an excellent chapter. Keep up the good work. 10/10 - Excellent all round. One of the best Marauder Era fic's I've ever read. (And I've read a lot so it's saying something. *LOL*)

No good lines in this one. It's sober, that's for sure.

What's up with James? I would do a lot of things to know. I think his parents died in that fight that Frank got in, to be honest.

So, another good chapter. I really do like it. I hope you understand how well this story is written. It really is a 10/10 story.

The line below is the best line.

“It’s best to get the bollocks out of the way up front and stop fooling yourself, if you know what I mean.”

- strait to the point with it.

Keep up the good work.

Oh, darn, I was wrong. Oh well.

Another good Interlude. There all good, but this one especially.

Best line is below:

All he did was frown slightly. “That’s... intriguing,” he mused,

It's an interesting line.

Keep up the good work. As always now - 10/10

I just realised something I should of realised chapters ago; you have excellent description. *bangs head on table*

Well, now that I've come to that realisation, I can tell you my favourite lines (yes, we have two this time):

1. “It’s much less complicated,” I muttered to myself as the sunset faded to darkness and I was left staring at my own reflection in the windowpane, “to just be mad at him.”

2. James Bleeding Potter.

So, now that's out of the way, I want to tell you that this story is one of the best I've ever read (My read count is in the thousands by now) and that, even from what little I've read, I'll remember this story.

Keep up the good work. 10/10 - I'm not explaining all the reasons now, there's too many.

A little confusing this chapter. Even after a re-read. But hey, maybe it's just me.

Anyway, I did find a line that I liked in here.

... simple session of what the more experienced Aurors dubbed “an exercise in building character”.

(If you read Holes then you'll get my amusement in the latter half of that line.)

Keep up the good work. As always, 10/10

So, first, I have a question. Why would you even consider thinking I was hateful of Calvin? I don't hate him. I have never hated him. True, he's not my best friend, but neither are anyone in this story. My best friends name is Lauren ..... At least, that's all I'm telling you.

I like this chapter. It's not the est, because I like the more romantic chapters more, but I like this chapter.

I could also not like this story as much because it talks about divorce and shells of people and it hits home for me.

See, my parents are separated. They separated in 2005. They separated because my father got so screwed up, so depressed (apparentelly) that my mum pilitely asked him to leave. (no, really, it was poliely. It the first converstation in ages where they didn't yell at each other in ages, months, almost a year.

Away from that and back to something a little closer to the story at hand (although it does have it's consetions). I loved this chapter. I did!

Please update soon. Please!

Oh, and sorry about the computer. Can't take the blame though, I'm not informed on where you live so I can't even get involved in something like this.

P.S. Sorry 'bout the ramblings. I tend to do it when I'm hyper active. (Long story...).

Author's Response: Thank you for your review. It\'s okay that you rambled haha. I assumed most people hated Calvin because there are just so many reviews that are like I HATE CALVIN RAWR D:< so I was probably wrong about that part.\r\n\r\nSorry about your parents - I can see where this chapter might really hit home for you. I will update soon. 19 is ready and waiting (:

Ohh, this chapter was so nice! I just got my ability to go back on the computer tonight and I jumped strait on here to find you'd updated in the days I hadn't been round.

I loved this chapter just like any others. The bit where she talked to Remus and co. was excellent and I could really feel for her when she was scared that if she had her nightmares James wouldn't of come to comfort her.

So, please update soon. I'm guessing that James and Lily will get together in the next few chapters (after the stuff with the Death Eaters)! :)

Update soon, love the story,

~ Parchment and Quill

Author's Response: Thank you! (:\r\n\r\n(Also, nice guess :D)

Wouldn't that be going over board?

Anyway, I am fully aware of the life-isn't-fair concerpt. (my life is riddled in it).

And Fred.... don't even get me started!

I like it when you reply back, it makes me happy. :)

Oh, and I think a little Boo Jo! is allowed. I mean, I'm still waiting for that encylopedia to come out! I want to know Harry's great-great fathers, mothers, great grandfathers, mothers first name. I mean, come on!

~ Parchment and Quill

Author's Response:

It won't be going overboard. Wait and see. ^_~

I'm the opposite, thinking 'if you didn't put the information into the books, no fair throwing massive spanners into the works of all fan fiction writers now--it's not literary canon!' Not that she cares about my opinion in the slightest, LOL.

Reviewer: Parchment and Quill Signed
Date: 05/07/08 Title: Chapter 33: Celebrations

Post Epilogue Revelations Disregarded indeed. Because if we went completely be canon, this would be Angelina not Alicia who's going to marry George. Really don't care though.

I must say that I am most certainly enjoying this story and it's continuation would be most appreiative.

Of course, if you would like to see me turn out like Winky you wouldn't be so kind, but that's totally your choice.

Now, I think George would become an excellent godfather, despite is predictions. But hey, that's me.

Loved it. Love the story and Alicia now (I must admit to not really caring about her but now do) . Keep up the good work.

~ Parchment and Quill

Author's Response:

I couldn't write George/Angelina because it's a match made in therapy. So unhealthy on so many levels, I wish Jo had left all the loose ends of the series up to reader imagination. There's a thing called literary canon. I'm a great believer in it, and that it's the only *true* canon. Not many agree with me....LOL

Writers who don't complete stories live with guilt I don't want to imagine, so I'll happily complete the story, although the thought of you swaying with Caper, swigging Butterbeer in between bites of chocolate is very grin-worthy!

I agree with you about George, but he doesn't see the big picture like we do. ;) As for Alicia, thank you so much! She's almost an OFC because her character is barely more than a name in the books. There's no description, only a few mentions, no dialogue, even. (I'm 99% percent sure) George is the one readers already love, while she's a virtual stranger at the beginning of the story. For you to care about her now makes so happy! (Did I say thank you? :)
