funny :)

Lily seems to be unpopular, though, from her tone towards dorm mates not liking her, etc. JKR said in an interview that Lily was quite popular, like Ginny...just something to consider :)

REALLY good job...i laughed out loud!

Author's Response: Well, yeah, though I wrote this before I officially heard that. I wanted her to sound cynical, so I made her very mistrustful and stuff, for the humour. It\'s not supposed to be agreat characterisation, just a bit of fun. Thanks for reviewing, anyway!

hey i just read your whole story and i love it! i'm sad that you ended with the death scene but you did a really good job of portraying Lily in it. I loved your characterization throughout...its just as i'd imagined lily and james to be...thanks for the story/chapter!

Author's Response: Thanks! I really worked on getting the characters realistic and close to cannon - with the limited cannon we have. I know last chapter is really sad, but the death scene I felt was fitting to the story.

Teddy by dumbledorefluertwins

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: It's Teddy Lupin's first year at Hogwarts. As an orphan, he has bounced backwards and forwards between his grandmother and his godfather. Follow him on a journey where he discovers the values of friendship, family and love, along with fighting the prejudices against his father, and getting through Defense Against the Dark Arts, with a teacher who just seems to hate him for no reason...

*DH spoilers, obviously*

NOTE: I am sorry, but I have left this site, due to lack of time and personal issues concerning RL and the site. This story is discontinued here, but may well be posted elsewhere in the future.

Really good start! I love Teddy so this sounds great...

Constructive Criticism: I've noticed some grammatical and spelling errors throughout the story. (not major ones, maybe you could just go through and clean it up...eg. Kingsley's name in Ch.1 is spelled "Kingsly"...)

Also. I think characterization might be a little off with Teddy. Like when he turns his hair pea green; in reality, I'm sure that people would supress their nerves, not broadcast them to the world, especially in a new environment, i dunno...thats more of a picky comment, because its not set in stone that that wouldn't happen.

Finally, my major problem with this chapter is that I'm afraid that Professor Obando is going to be just like Dumbledore, because the whole thing about Dumbledore is that he was unique in his eccentricity and wisdom so I would ask you not to make that happen...:)

On the plus side: I REALLy like this story. Teddy is written very well for the most part, and I like attention to detail with Victoire and everything...I hope you update this soon as it is a pleasure to read.

Thanks for listening (er...reading)!

7 Ways to Win Her Heart by x_lily_evans_x

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •

Ah, Christmas. The season of joy and love. And Head Boy James Potter fully intends to use the loving atmosphere to his advantage by coming up with plans and using them to capture the heart of Lily Evans.

But since when do plans transfer beautifully from parchment to life?

Six plans become five, five become four, four become three, three become two, two become one, and then there are none.

Then his friends come to the rescue.

But of course.

hey im a new reader :)

just wanted to say i like the story so far...

so update soon please :)

also, in ch.1 you mention remus writing a plan where he got everything wrong, so then Gemma redid the plans...where can one get a copy of said original plans? because they have potential for hilariosity, lol...

anyway, good job and stuff....

how long are you planning on making this, by the way? just wondering...hopefully LONG. lol.

Author's Response: Haha! About Remus\' original plans, I won\'t be writing anything about them, because they\'re really terrible. Honest. There\'ll be all the seriously mushy stuff that I\'ll even cringe to write. And about how long I\'m planning to make this, there\'s only going to be one more chapter! Sorry, but the shorter the better, because I tend to abandon long fanfics (but I am trying to change this bad habit). Well welcome to Mugglenet Fanfiction! You\'ll find a lot of brilliant fanfics here. And thanks for the review! :D
