The drama-filled romantic tale of Lily and James's mysterious but unfortunate tale. It started with love and ended with death. It makes you wonder about the things they tried to live for. Pre-HBP
Halle only had one does of Crucio. She wouldn't be insane. Crucio is just pain. It's like saying that breaking leg will make you insane. Sure, it hurts loads and you won't be able to walk for a while but it heels (with the right care).
Also you don't speak when commanding someone under the imperious curse to do what you want them to. Plus, Lily would have been unaware that she was under curse as the victim just feels bliss whilst doing the castor's biding.

Sorry but I have one criticism. We know that the Longbottoms were tortured after Lily and James died because in Dumbledore's memory in GF, we see the hearing of Bellatrix and the others who drove the Longbottoms to insanity. Mr. Crouch actually says that they tortured them to try to find out the whereabouts of Voldemort so that they could restore him.
Apart from that though I really enjoyed it. Personally I would not think that Snape is that obsessed with Lily. Oh, and there were a couple of "thru"s. But otherwise the grammar was very good.

I realize that this was posted a few years ago but I only just found it. I can not believe that this only has 9 reviews! It is a wonderful story though you have this set to not completed which may confuse some people.
That is my only complaint, so good job! You managed to express Ginny's warm, little, Weasley heart very well. I bet that small candy cane really made that man's Christmas happy. And happiness and goodwill are what Christmas is truly about. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Well done!
