~The story is now Complete!~
Thanks for reading!
im sorry to say that i didnt like the epilogue as much as the rest of the story,
dont get me wrong, its a fabulous storyline but i like good long entries and this was just a bit too short.
but i do like your imaginative story.
Summary: After the fall of Voldemort, an ancient nemesis rears his head against the magical world. This time Harry is not the center of any prophecy, but can he prevent it anyway? Can a battle weary Harry Potter stand up to someone who even Voldemort feared?
more More MORE!!! it just gets better and better any idea how long the next update is? have u got it written? but hey, the storylines one of the best i ever read
Summary: This is an alternate version of Book Seven. Harry reluctantly returns to Hogwarts to train with a new DADA teacher, one appointed in specifically for Harry in Dumbledore's will. As the rest of the Wizard World reacts to Dumbledore's defeat, Harry develops the skills he needs to fulfill the Prophecy--including mastery of the Kedavra curse.
Mysteries are explored along the way, particularly the "missing 24 hours" from 1981--the span of time between Hagrid taking Baby Harry from the ruins of Godric's Hollow on Halloween Night, and his arrival to hand off Baby Harry on Privet Drive the following night. The Veil Room in the Department of Mysteries is also revisited. A traitor is uncovered, and Dumbledore's wisdom comes into question. And even when all goes as planned, things are not all they seem.
wilfred owen wrote that fabulous poem. but, to be honest, your stories better. a great chapter for a great book. thnaks for writing it!!!
Author's Response: Awww... thanks! More to come...
wow. quick response. just make sure that next chaters up just as quick. lol
wow. great story. but, no offence, i didnt like that last chapter. to me, its too rushed. but the last bit of it was good. but what happened to tura after she was ressurected?
Author's Response: Well, you have to read between the lines, so to speak. She married Severus Snape and had at least one child named Harry. He then had a son, Harry Jr. who is the boy we meet in the epilogue, talking about how only his grandma is disrespectful to Headmaster Snape in public...
ah. thanks for the explanation. its all clearer now.
but what of ron and luna, hermione and victor, ginny and elias and was harry left on his own?
great story have you got any idea how long it will be coz i dont want it to end!!!
Author's Response: It\'s 49 chapters and 43 is the only one I still have to write.
Harry's life stands at a crossroads.
He is torn between a return to the only true home he as ever known or a dark and dangerous winding and twisting road through Horcruxes and ending with murder.
But can he become a murderer? Can he over come the Dark Arts, while dabbling within them? Will Ron and Hermione stand beside him on the road to doom? And if love is truly his greatest power then why did he let his only true love go?
To defeat evil, Harry must climb a mountain of dark Death Eaters and Ministry mayhem - but will he come out on top in the Final Battle?
ok. and i dont know whether i have said this before, (i know, terrible memory) but the storyline is as good as, if not better than mrs rowling herself! im intrigued! all the best with your writing if i dont hear from you ~ michael
Author's Response: Thanks very much for your praise. It means a lot when i get such high praise and it helps when I am stuck with the wirting or shaping of the story.
im happy that you've got in contact with your beta
Author's Response: Cheers, I hope to have the chapter up soon, next few days soon.
great story, but i cant help noticing that you mentioned that you had beta problems. id be perfectly willing to help beta some chapters if you like? if you like that idea, please contact me by email. its email@example.com
Author's Response: I might take you up on that should I not hear from my beta in the next few days. Do you have experience?
unfortunately, i dont hsve great experience, but i like you style of writing, and feel that we will make a great team and improve your story. (but honestly, i cant see how, as its very good already.) if you dont hear from your beta in a few days or you would like me to help beta, please contact me on the email address i gave before, as it will be better than talking over you comments page! thanks- michael
Author's Response: I got your e-mail and I\'ll get back to you within the next few days should I not hear back from my Beta. However I am hopeful of hearing back from her as we ahve been wokring well together and I feel she has improved my style as well.
Summary: Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny find themselves in a Muggle hotel in Godric's Hollow on the Winter Solstice. During an enthusiastic snowball fight, Harry and Ginny step through a stone circle that transports them seventeen years into the past. This may be the only chance Harry has to spend with his parents, and it may also be what he needs to figure out his relationship with Ginny.
The warning is for later chapters.
Edit: So, this was originally strictly a Harry/Ginny fic, but Ron and Hermione kept trying to get together too, so I felt like I had to change the category. And there's a bit of Lily/James in there too, though they're already married, and I've also added a bit of Remus/Tonks. Poor Sirius is the only Singleton (though he may manage to get a girl of his own)!
Edit: This story was cannon until after Deathly Hallows came out, so I changed it to Alternate Universe, but it's still pretty close to cannon. Only a few things will end up being different when the story ends.
Edit: I've changed all of the chapter titles to the titles of Christmas songs that I felt reflected the events in the chapters best. Tell me what you think! Does it fit?
nice chapter. good twist at the end as well. well done. any idea when the next chapter will be up?
Summary: A Marauder-era fic - this story takes a look at all the characters we've come to love (and hate), as well as an OC or two thrown in for good measure. Follow the Marauders through seven years at Hogwart's, with appearances from the infamous Black sisters, Lucius Malfoy, Regulus Black, and of course the one and only Severus Snape.
There are a bunch of pairings in this story (although romance is not necessarily the central theme) to include James/Lily, Lucius/Narcissa, a splash of Lucius/Bella and unrequited Snape/Lily, and finally, plenty of Sirius/OC. Enjoy!
Over 120,000 reads! Wow! Thanks everyone!
very nicly done. some scenes like that can be awkard to write and can end up trashy. but that was written in a very mature way. well done!
great chapter, but i feel so sorry for remus. cant you just let him have one relationship so hes not missing out.
brilliant story though :¬D
great chapter, but there two of it. chapters 36 and 37 are the same ???
Summary: Harry Potter and his best friends return for their seventh and final year of school. The Wizarding world begins to rebuild itself after the events of the Battle of Hogwarts and the Ministry of Magic and the Order of the Phoenix work together to round up the remaining Death Eaters, still at large.
thanks and once again, great story!!!
i cant wait for annother chapter!!!
great chapter. really well written, but i wondered if you could just calrify something for me: 'Ginny grinned and put an arm around Harry, marking him as hers. "Just now? I did - Harry didn't. Both of us last night."' please can you say what Ginny did, and Harry didnt.
thanks great story
Author's Response: Climaxed.
Summary: An external monologue, from Narcissa Malfoy to Voldemort, in which she talks about her daughter Rose.
kool story very nicly written
Author's Response: Danke! Loook forward to writing with you!
so do i
