*clap clap* that was a very touching goodbye speech! Your last fic? Awww.... I'll just have to go and read all your other ones over and over again! :D
Remus and Marty kissed at last! I've been waiting for this my whole life! (well, not really..) I cried when Marty went back to Taffy's! It was so touching when she saw the photo. It was so sad, but also happy.. hmm... That was probably your best chapter ever! I laughed and cried! I've never done that reading a fanfiction before!
Well, at least you haven't gone into cyberspace! Good luck with your exams!
Author's Response: Thanks so much, I'm going to need that luck! I admit, it was sad, but I definitely wanted there to be an element of happiness in there too - but I'm sorry I made you cry! (Secretly, I'm kind of flattered). Thanks very much for reviewing, I promise not to disappear completely.
oh no!! poor marty!!
Author's Response: *sniff* Poor Marty indeed ...
love this story!
poor remus! no friends AND Marty starting to get obssesive over him!
can't wait til next chapter!
Author's Response: Well, Marty doesn\'t mean any harm ... but yeah, I see where you\'re coming from. =D Glad you liked it, thanks for reviewing!
Ooohh... You are so evil!!! :D Can't wait to find out Marty's reaction!!! THe suspense is killing me!
Author's Response: =D Sorry about that. The next chapter\'s in the queue, but I get the feeling you might have to be a while ... sorry! I\'m glad you\'re enjoying it anyway, sorry about being so evil ...
ooohh...! Love this chapter! i always thought that marty would accept remus for what he was. it would be really cool if marty became minister for magic! she would get the wizarding world up and running in no time! uunlucky that she runns into the marauders threatening snape though, but it'll make a really great next chapter finding out what she says! great job!
Author's Response: To be honest, I love the chapters which follow that little incident. =D Of course Marty would accept Remus, she\'s far too nice not to - like she said, it never occured to her not to. And I agree. Marty for Minister is a campagin that really IS worthy of some attention!
Great chappie! I really love the way you switch between Marty and Remus and give their points of view on different parts of the story! Marty has been through a lot of trauma and tradgedy, facing very real terrors! Well done! You are a very brave author! She's grown alot since Chapter 1, you obviously put an awful lot of thought into each chapter. Congratulations on writing the train scene! All that politics would have killed me if I tried to write that!! Will Marty find out about Remus' problem??? Can't wait to find out!! BRILLIANT STORY, by the way!
Author's Response: Wow, thanks! You know, Marty\'s growth wasn\'t necessarily planned, it just sort of happened as I went along, which was interesting. And I was worried the politics went on a bit too long, but it all came so naturally that I couldn\'t figure out which bit to get rid of! I guess I just spend way too much time in the company of teenage girls. I\'m really glad you\'re enjoying the story, and thank you for reviewing. Hopefully the next chapter will be accepted soon!
great chapter! sirius was really funny! Can't wait to see if Marty and Remus get together! *fingers crossed*
Author's Response: Let's see, eh? Glad you liked Sirius. *Pats on head* Thanks for reviewing!
great chappie! poor teddy! he's having a really hard time at hogwarts! he reminds me a little of sirius cross remus. keep up with the good work! :):):)
Author's Response: Thank you!
i've been thinking about why Dermot hates teddy so much and i came up with a theory! is it becuse of remus' condition? Love the story! can't wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response: Yes, it is, but there\'s a little more to it than that. You\'ll find out...\r\n\r\nGlad you like the story at any rate!!\r\n\r\n~Evie
I love this story so much! i try to say 'love a duck' in front of people, but i keep forgetting... though the other day i did randomly screamed 'MERLIN'S EARWAX!" in the middle of the cafeteria and ran out. Some people have avoided me since then...
Anyway, there's a funny song that I heard the other day called 'Days of the Phoenix' that reminds me of this. I can imagine the phoenix, whoever he/she is, sing it years later. The lyrics would suit it because it goes 'No one could see me...' really loudly. You should look it up. It's by AFI, the awesomest band ever.
I totally understand where James is coming from with the pudding thing. Today I just walked around saying 'jueve' (spanish for thursday, pronounced hoo-evay). I really annoyed some people!
Can't wait to read more!
P.S. I want Remus to be the phoenix so badly. But he wouldn't be allowed to eat cats... they're cute.
Author's Response: Thank you so, so much! I haven't gotten a review for this in millennia. Hopefully I WILL write more of this someday, because I'm rather fond of this story. Oh, and the word I've been walking around saying? "Piragua." Technically, I've been singing it. There's this musical called "In The Heights," and this random guy selling shaved ice (piraguas) walks around going, "Piragua, piragua, new block of ice, piragua!"
I LOVED Ted to tiny little itsy-bitsy tiny-whiny pieces! He is so so like me, it's scary! I get obssesive over enchidnas too! :) Loved the Werewolf-there wolf- there castle thing! That's like, one of my all time favourite movies! Great job.
P.S. That Bob guy rules...
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I love Ted, but I can't say he's much like me... he's a much better person than me! AND YES! You got the Young Frankenstein reference! You know, that's been turned into a Broadway musical now? Wacky! (P.S. I can't remember who Bob was... are you talking about someone in this story?)
:( :( :(!!! I was crying by the time i got to the end of it! That was brilliant!
:( :( :(!!! I was crying by the time i got to the end of it! That was brilliant!
The ending was so cool, not becuase I like to see little Teddy-kins in pain or anything, er..., but it was like a whole new side of cheddarish, parmesan-y and mozzeralla-y Ted. It was like a Mister Mistoffelees without his magic!! I love Cats too. Haley's cat reminded me of the time I went to the show and in the finale when the Rum Tum Tugger bowed, all the girls in the audience, including me and my mom, stood up and screamed our hearts out!! :D :D :D
Author's Response: Thank you! Hey, if you want to see a non-cheesy Ted, wait 'till you get later in "The Past." The latter half of "The Past" shows a very different side of Ted's character.
Dude, I saw an amazing community theatre production of "Cats" last year, and the guy who played the Rum Tum Tugger was only seventeen years old (almost all of the cast was in their thirties or forties) and probably the best one there. He got a standing ovation, too!
Oh, I just love the name of this chapter! Hahaha! I also love the little Pride and Prejudice summaries at the end of each chapter. Strangely though, I really liked Darcy. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that everyone I know, including my friends, call me emo. Aw well... I can't stop laughing when I read this story! Is Wolfie a werewolf? It seems like it... :D
Author's Response: Thank you! I have fun with the chapter titles... I love Mr. Darcy, too. I just felt like since Elizabeth doesn't like Darcy at the beginning of the book, Emma shouldn't like him either. As for Wolfie, well... my lips are sealed.
I'm starting to see the similarities between Mr. Darcy and Tyrone , Wickham and Wolfgang and Emma and Elizabeth. Also, Collins or 'Bilbo' reminds me of Patrick because he finds out that Jane's taken and goes after Elizabeth and Patrick finds that Emma's taken and goes after Clio.
When I read the shaving cream bit, I suddenly thought of Emma suddenly singing: "Haley scares the living SHAVING CREAM outta me. She couldn't care less as long as she gets to sing. So sequin your clothes, or add lots of pink bows. Maybe she'll leave you alone, but not me." Strange huh? I like My Chemical Romance way too much...
Anyway, great chappie!
Author's Response: Yeps, you got all the character parallels right! Snaps for you! I don't get the song reference, though. Could you please tell me what the real lyrics are?
TED!!! I wanna hold him and kiss him better... :D :D
Author's Response: ^_^ AWWWWW!
Great chapter! I loved the way you showed Pansy as fake. I really imagined her like that! When she was saying that stuff about little Teddypoo, I was fuming!!! (I get a bit carried away sometimes...) It was great finding out why Ivy is so quiet all the time. It's so sad though! :(
And Mr. Bing- Bing and the Prejuiced Plums made an appearance! (Please update! I'm dying here!)
Author's Response: Thank you! This review really means a lot to me. ^_^ I'm glad I accomplished what I was going for. And yes, Mr. Bing-Bing showed up! This is where the whole Pride and Prejudice business begins!
you're back! yay! i was getting worried. I was like "Oh no! she's been sucked into a parallel dimension where everyone is made of cheese and they'll be no more Potter's Pentagon! waaaah!" But great chapter. But poor tedward has even more problems now. Why must you torture him so? :)
Author's Response: Hahaha, thank you! Though a parallel dimension where everyone is made of cheese would be pretty dang awesome. I myself would be parmesan, I believe.
Yeah, this is far from the end of Ted's problems-- he has some really upsetting stuff to come in the future-- but he gets a happy ending!
oooh... great ending! and i know how giorgi wouldn't like horseradish bertie-botts! a few years ago, they used to sell them in supermarkets (muggle versions) and they were fairly normal flavours (no vomit!) EXCEPT FOR HORSERADISH!!!! I was in PAIN, I tell you, PAIN!!
Author's Response: Mwahahaha, thanks! Urgh, I hate horseradish. I remember when the Bertie Botts first came out, horseradish was the worst one. I love those, though. I like to trick people into eating the vomit ones by informing them that it's actually spaghetti or tutti-frutti, depending on which one the bean looks most like.
