Summary: Summary: What happened on that fateful night at Godric's Hollow and the (still!) unknown events that followed in the next twenty four hours, before Harry's arrival on Privet Drive? What motivated the actions and decisions that were made in the years leading up to the defeat of Voldemort? The truth is neither black or white - only complicated shades of grey. Behind the stories of Lily Evans, Severus Snape and Peter Pettigrew we learn that we are all vulnerable to evil.

Wow. I managed to finish your story and in my humble opinion think that it is incredibly good and must present my admonishments for spoiling me once more. I really like how you incorperated the little things i.e. snape's potion book and Remus' briefcase and gave them backround. Once again, that was bloody brilliant.
Author's Response: Thanks so much for taking the time to read this very long tale! I\'m glad you caught the canon references - it was fun to try and back into \'how they got there\'!
Summary: Chapter Ninety Six is posted!
This is the story of four boys. This is the story of a boy from a family he wants to escape from. This is the story of a boy who is from a family he loves deeply, but lacks the gift of a best friend. This is the story of a boy who has been living with a curse his entire life, fighting to overcome it. This is the story of a boy who wishes to show people what he can do. This is the story of how these four boys came to know each other, of how they became friends. This is the story of their unbreakable bond, of a bond that could survive any test, any trial. This is a story that will ultimately end in tragedy.

Cute chapter but I think you have your dates a bit mixed up. In the first sentence you mention Alice not returning until after Christmas break followed by the halloween feast.
There were a few other minor things not really worth mentioning and other than that I like the general flow of you story.
Author's Response: I can see where you\'d get the dates mixed up, but its written as though everything has already happened, so the omnicient narrator knows Alice didn\'t come back til then (wow, I actually used that term... English is rubbing off). Thanks for reading!
Summary: Anyone heard those rumours about a Harry Potter musical?
It better be just like this.
No, but seriously, it's a spoof of the songs from Disney channel's infamous "High School Musical," telling the tale of JK Rowling's infamous "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets." (I was dared; I took the challenge.)
You will never see the Basilisk the same way again.

yay! me gusta.
Author's Response: Yay indeed! I\'m glad you liked it!
Summary: Severus Snape goes back in time with one mission: to kill his younger self. The reason? So Lily Evans can live the life that she deserves. Because if he were dead, if he had never told Lord Voldemort the prophecy, then she would still be alive.

Adversus Solem Ne Loquito is Latin for: Don’t speak against the sun.
What a really super idea! This has the potential to be an excellent story. My only advice would be to cut way back on the adverbs and word 'so', especially as the first words of a prepositional phrase. But other than those gramatical details I think this is going to be a good story.
Author's Response: Thank you so much! And, yes, I do have a tendency to overuse adverbs. I\'ll try to back off with those. XD
