I'm bitter, twisted and colder than an Eskimo's freezer, but I assure you my characters are far more pleasant.

Summary: “What people don’t realize is that Sirius Black is a false name...the man people believe to be Sirius Black is actually Stubby Boardman...
Kingsley Shacklebolt is sent to question Stubby Boardman, a former pop singer who has lost his luster. A simple task? So it would seem...
I do believe you have the honour of being the first person on this site to make me laugh at their fiction...er...in a good way, obviously....but laugh I did. That was fantastic, brilliantly written, perfectly in character, mildly amusing throughout and with a superb punchline. Best of luck for the Quicksilver Quills, I'd vote for this!
Hogwarts Chronicles: the Philosopher's Stone by Faile, BrennaShade
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 61]
Summary: What would have happened to Harry if James had not been home the night Voldemort visited Godric's Hollow? If he had the chance to grow up with his father in a wizarding community, knowing what he represented and with people to turn to who are older than he is? Harry turns eleven years old and gets a letter from Hogwarts he fully expected to receive.
The first chapter has been significantly edited, with the help of a new beta.
A very interesting concept, and one I'll be keeping an eye on. Further to earlier answers though, I think that canon Harry - moulded by the Dursleys and Dumbledore - is in many ways preferable (as a person, if not a character, so to speak) to the one raised by James.
Nicely done, though the concept alone would be enough to make me add this to my favourites!
Author's Response: This is so fascinating. But good to see you around my stories! ^_^
