Hi everyone, I'm Katie.
A little about myself...I'm eighteen and am a freshman in college. I love to write. It's my life. As you can probably safely assume, I'm a huge Harry Potter fan. I became unnaturally obsessed with it in the summer of 2004, thanks in part to my brother, who shares my fervent passion for the magical world J.K. Rowling so masterfully created.
As for favorite characters, I simply adore Ginny Weasley, perhaps because I see a lot of myself in her character. Harry, Ron and Hermione are also among my favorites, as are Luna Lovegood and Tonks.
I ship Harry/Ginny & Ron/Hermione - they are my OTP's. On occasion, I enjoy reading James/Lily, Remus/Tonks, George/Luna, Fred/Angelina and Draco/Ginny.
I hope you'll take the time to read my stories and review them! I love feedback, whether it be praise or criticism (so long as it is constructive!). Thanks. :)
Summary: "But the lonely man didn’t see it. He didn’t pay any attention to it, for his eyes were focused on the ground below. The ground covered in crimson blood and motionless bodies. He was focused on the battlefield where the fates of many had been decided during the night, a night he would never forget. A night that would always be remembered as the night when The-Boy-Who-Lived defeated the Dark Lord."
Wow. Need I say more?
Summary: We never know until it happens to us: what would you do if someone you love died tomorrow? In the wizarding world, even the most loved are subject to death's inevitable call.
Wow---very good. Extremely emotionally charged. One of the better stories I've read recently. Great job! :)
Author's Response: You're too sweet to say that! I like my writing, but it's always nice to hear (or, rather, read) people say the same thing.
Summary: They say that this is a battle between good and evil. Between light and dark. But I say that this battle is between fire and ice. Love and hate.
Excellent! I really enjoyed this story. I just noticed that you have several more, so I'm going to check those out. If they're as good as this one, I think I'm in for a real treat. :) Great job!
Summary: Ginny feels left out after Ron and Hermione start spending more time together during their summer at Number Twelve, Grimmauld Place. All she wants is her best friend back. She's excited when she hears that Harry's coming, because she's sure that Ron would rather hang out with Harry than Hermione. But is that really all she's excited about? With a prod in the right direction from Tonks, will Ginny realize something else?
Awww, beautifully done! I've loved this fic and I'm sad to see it end, but then I remember there's always the sequel! Honestly, though, you ended the story in a great way...you left everyone with a bit of closure, yet instilled a sense of anticipation for what's to come! Great work, as always. :)
Author's Response: thanx so much!
Hey! I stumbled upon your fic this evening, and I must say that I'm very glad that I started reading it. I'm a HUGE Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione shipper, and this story is just perfect for me to read. I can't wait to read the next chapter...that cliffhanger was so mean. lol, jk. Anyway, hope to see the next chapter up soon!
Great chapter, AS ALWAYS. I can't wait to see the next one posted soon. :)

By far, this is one of the most well-written fan fictions I have ever read. Your style powerfully conveys the emotions the characters are feeling...I nearly cried as I read this chapter. Wonderfully done. :)
Author's Response: Thank you very much for your review. I am glad liked it and that you were touched by what I wrote. Losing a sibling is very difficult and especially in such a closeknitted family as the Weasleys. Thanks again. :)
