Ubi Amor, Ibi Dolor by Hermione_Rocks

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 4 Reviews
Summary: Long before Lucius and Narcissa were wed, he was engaged to another: Narcissa's elder sister, Andromeda. This is the story of how Lucius Malfoy and Andromeda Black's relationship fell apart -- the story of how Andromeda didn't run away from her family because she was in love with a Muggleborn, but because she was in love with a pureblood she knew she could never realistically be in a relationship with.

Ubi Amor, Ibi Dolor is Latin for: Where there is love, there is pain. DH Spoilers and Sexual Situations are both VERY minor, but just in case.

Across the Line by Skipper424

Rated: 6th-7th Years • 20 Reviews
Summary: Scorpius is much different than his Malfoy name would suggest. Hes a very friendly and genuine young wizard who, against the odds, has become close friends with Albus Potter. He is bright as a student and has an amazing talent for Potions, drawing him comparisons to a former Hogwarts Headmaster named Snape. His quick smile is charming and he has a sense of adventure and mischief to match any Potter. And, unbeknownst to Albus, hes fallen for the youngest Potter, Lily.

It all sounds like countless other school-age romance scenarios taking place at both magical and Muggle schools worldwide, none of which end in tragedy. What makes this one different? There is a line existing between safety and danger. Not all people posses the ability to recognize it, or foresee possible consequences of their actions when they cross it. Even in the absence of malicious intent, awful things can happen when one strays across this line into an uncharted and treacherous wilderness of ignorance.

This is the first place winner of the September One-Shot Challenge. Very special thanks to joybelle423 for her wonderful beta reading. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you ...

Warning: This story contains implied non-consensual sex. There is nothing graphic and the reader does not witness the act, but learns enough about it to possibly be disturbed if sensitive to such things. Please proceed with this warning firmly in mind.

101 Ways to Woo Hermione Granger by Katdiva

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 139 Reviews

Restricted by Grace has Victory

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 32 Reviews

All Night Long by Grace has Victory

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 44 Reviews
Summary: How does a friendship begin? Ginny Weasley, about to begin her second year at Hogwarts, is very distrustful of Hermione Granger. Having to share a room with her at The Leaky Cauldron will require the courage of Godric Gryffindor himself.

Lord Voldemort and the Deathly Hallows by Schmerg_The_Impaler

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 44 Reviews
Summary: Lord Voldemort made a deal with someone who even he considers superior, and if he doesn't fulfill his side of it, then he'll be mortal again!

I am Schmerg_The_Impaler of Hufflepuff house, and this is my submission for the Deathly Hallows prompt in the New Year's Challenge.

Although this story's a one-shot for the challenge, I may add more chapters after the contest is over.

EDIT: Dude! This story came in second in the "Deathly Hallows" prompt of the New Years' Challenge! So, let's do the "2nd Place Dance!" (It's a lot like the Cha-Cha slide.)

How Ironic, Mr. Malfoy by Schmerg_The_Impaler

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 123 Reviews
Summary: Lucius Malfoy is most infamous for being excessively proud of his ancestry and for his disdain for Muggle-borns. But what if he received a letter that changed everything? Takes place during OotP, and it's AU.

Contains snippets of humour.

For the "Dreams" challenge in the fanfiction beta boards... I am Schmerg_The_Impaler of Hufflepuff House.

The Dark Lord's Blog by Schmerg_The_Impaler

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 1356 Reviews Past Featured Story
Summary: What does Lord Voldemort do in his spare time? Well, that's an excellent question. Who would have known that the Dark Lord has a blog? (He also has a loyal following of readers, most of whom are Death Eaters and who post their comments.) Voldemort dispenses advice on everything from murder methods to germ protection to Power Rangers to shoes, and gives an account of the life of an evil overlord. But is he posting too much personal information online? And will Harry read it and find out more about the Dark Lord than Voldemort ever intended? Read and see.

WARNING: Extremely OOC behaviour from almost all.

RUNNER-UP in the 2007 Quicksilver Quills Awards for Best Humour fic! Also nominated like 21 times, because apparently my readers are as insane as I am!

Slipping Through My Fingers by HPwizzzard

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 17 Reviews
Summary: Katherine Granger was an ordinary dentist. Her daughter Hermione was an extraordinary witch. Is it any wonder they never quite connected? One-shot songfic to "Slipping Through My Fingers" from the musical "Mamma Mia!"

Draco's Trick-or-Treat by Schmerg_The_Impaler

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 89 Reviews
Summary: Three-year-old Draco goes trick-or-treating for the first time. His mother takes the opportunity to teach him some lessons and Malfoy family values that she believes will be important to her son later in life. This depiction of Draco is VASTLY different from the version of him that I write in "The Dark Lord's Blog."

Ridiculously short one-shot.

The Strongest Magic by Dangerous Dai

Rated: Professors • 5 Reviews
Summary: The penultimate battle in Voldemort's first reign of terror. Aurors seeking justice, Death Eaters seeking glory, and parents seeking only the safety of their children are thrown into fierce combat in a restrictive and unlikely place. The only hope is the strongest magic of all; a magic that even Muggles can do... Action/adventure featuring (mostly) canon characters. My first foray into fanfiction. Hope you enjoy!

When Saints Die, The World Stops Spinning by forsakenphoenix

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 71 Reviews Past Featured Story
Summary: Hope, loyalty, love, despair, and tragedy. Through it all, Lily discovers the truth about the Marauders, the affable troublemakers who hide behind smokescreens but still glitter in shattered light. They aren't the glorious, graceful men they are often perceived as, but stumbling, awkward boys who are still trying to find their way out of darkness.
