Alright, It's about time for me to update this profile a little bit. I was getting bored with myself...

Name Origins: 'wicked angel' is a combination of two of my favorite things: the musical Wicked (delicious!) and, well, angels in general, but specifically Angel (the star of the TV show spin off of Buffy, also delicious). I also like that 'wicked' is associated with magic and 'angel' is associated with faith...I enjoy learning more about both.

Birthdate: March 2 (just turned 26, which rounds up to thirty, but I'm trying to remain positive)

Location: Northeastern Oklahoma. It's almost as boring as everything you've heard. Yes, we have running water. No, there aren't Native American teepees all over. Really, it's a pretty cool part of the world with lots of genuinely nice people.

Family: I am married to my high school/college sweetheart, and we live in the suburbs with 2 dogs that we spoil like children. Sickeningly sweet, huh?

My HP story: A good friend and coworker was mildly addicted to Mugglenet and showed me some of the fun stuff going on there. This is about the time that CoS was coming out on DVD. I hadn't seen or read anything yet, but after watching the first two movies, I went and bought the first two books, which I read in like two days. A week later, I'd read PoA and GoF, and was hungry for more. I started going to midnight book releases, and the premier of PoA the movie was actually the day of my wedding rehearsal (yes, most of my wedding party and I left the dinner early to go see the movie. good times).
Now, I'm the Mugglenet addict, and a fanfiction writer to boot!

HP Fanfiction: Let me just say, I love this world. I love the freedom and the fun and the community of avid readers and writers. I'm probably too old to get such a kick out of it, but I do! I've been a writer for a long time, but my problem writing shorter stories was that I would get hung up in character description (I still sometimes do). But here in this world, we know the characters, so I can spend more time giving you plot and drama...so much fun!!
I write just about anything, and am willing to give any ship a chance, but I have a bit of an obsession with Draco. Okay, I have a bit of an obsession with Tom Felton as Draco... You'll see the sadder, more vulnerable part of DM in some of my stories.

My OTP: To read: Remus/Sirius (I can't help it!!) To write: D/Hr (should be easy, but not so much)

What I hope you'll get from my work: I mostly just hope that I made you think about something. You don't have to agree with my theories or my pairings, I just want to make you pause for a second and go "hmm," or "i never would have thought of that."

Alright enough rambling!

Summary: Past Featured StoryWhat does Lord Voldemort do in his spare time? Well, that's an excellent question. Who would have known that the Dark Lord has a blog? (He also has a loyal following of readers, most of whom are Death Eaters and who post their comments.) Voldemort dispenses advice on everything from murder methods to germ protection to Power Rangers to shoes, and gives an account of the life of an evil overlord. But is he posting too much personal information online? And will Harry read it and find out more about the Dark Lord than Voldemort ever intended? Read and see.

WARNING: Extremely OOC behaviour from almost all.

A Stolen Past by nuw255
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 428]

Summary: Past Featured StoryFifteen-year-old Harry Potter wakes up in his cupboard under the stairs at number four, Privet Drive with no memory of the past five years of his life. What happened to his memory? What do his strange dreams mean? And most importantly, how will he survive in a school for incurably criminal boys?

This is primarily a mystery, with a bit of shippiness thrown in here and there. Of course, if I told you WHO is involved in the shippiness, that would ruin part of the mystery, wouldn’t it?

This story takes place immediately after OotP (and thus disregards HBP).
