Summary: James and Lily spend their summers together producing plays, though neither are happy about the presence of the other. With James, as the set designer, and Lily, as the actress, tensions run high.
Summary: Lily Evans remained shadowed and distant from the world she loved so dearly. Control was Michael's weakness; temptation hers. Yet, when James Potter enters her life, without so much as a warning or brief hesitation, Lily finds truth. For James Potter refused to give up on her.
Summary: Voldemort's rising reign of terror, NEWTs, death attempts, a Headship, a tangled affair with James Potter, hilarity, grief, love, secrecy, maddness... it's almost hard to believe that I've survived to graduate. I am Lily Evans, and this is my 7th year.
Summary: James Potter: Marauder. Lily Evans: Prefect. They're both seventh years at Hogwarts. They're also about to have a pretty interesting year--complete with a few detentions, pranks, confusion, and laughter--in which they get through school, make some trouble and maybe, just maybe, sort out their feelings for each other.
Thanks to all you who have made it possible for this story to be in the Top Tens. It was a very happy moment when I first saw my story on the list, and I love being able to go back and see it there now. Still. Yay!
Throughout the latter half of 2010, and the first half of 2011, I re-edited this story. The changes were mostly to fix stray (and annoying) grammar and spelling errors, but also to rework some plot points in an effort to stay truer to canon. I also updated the style; having written this story so long ago, my writing has definitely developed (and I would say gotten better), so I edited to reflect that. (I apologize for the errors that were in the story before all this editing. I found them immensely distressing when I reread my chapters. Heartbreaking, really.)
Big “thank yous” go to the three people who helped edit/nitpick the first edition of this novel: violagirl, fairiesandcream, and Omagus.
And yes, this story is up on Fanficition.net under the penname: Io.Sono.Emilia.
Of course, as a disclaimer, I’m not JK Rowling. The Potterverse does not belong to me, but I am in it and love it.
Summary: In the days that follow Dumbledore's funeral, everyone is on edge. Harry finds himself leaving Hogwarts behind and looking toward a very uncertain future as he boards the Hogwarts Express for the final time. Nonetheless, he is quickly faced with a more immediate concern than the Final Battle: an angry Ginny Weasley.
Summary: What does Lord Voldemort do in his spare time? Well, that's an excellent question. Who would have known that the Dark Lord has a blog? (He also has a loyal following of readers, most of whom are Death Eaters and who post their comments.) Voldemort dispenses advice on everything from murder methods to germ protection to Power Rangers to shoes, and gives an account of the life of an evil overlord. But is he posting too much personal information online? And will Harry read it and find out more about the Dark Lord than Voldemort ever intended? Read and see.
WARNING: Extremely OOC behaviour from almost all.
RUNNER-UP in the 2007 Quicksilver Quills Awards for Best Humour fic! Also nominated like 21 times, because apparently my readers are as insane as I am!
Summary: Every Christmas Eve there is a dinner for the most prominent wizards, where dancing partners are auctioned off. Not only is Lily Evans forced into going to this auction, but because of a practical joke, sheís up for auction! But, thanks to a black-haired boy, the night may not be so badÖ
This will be three chapters
Summary: SEQUEL OF LESSONS: After successfully completing their Herbology project, Lily finds out from her ex-partner James Potter that the two of them have been paired together to work on a new Potions assignment as well. How will Lily react when she realises that after having spent one whole month in Jamesís company yet another four weeks await her with the same task? And, moreover, will they be able to finish this assignment with out killing each other first?
Summary: What to do about your best friend's strange phobias? Remus, Sirius and Peter's method was perhaps not the best, but it had some rather pleasant side-effects...
Summary: The story of the wonderful life of Sirius Black told by the one and only, Sirius Black!
CHAPTER 5 SUBMITTED!
Summary: Everyone knows that Lily hated James. That is, until a special bottle worked its magic on them. When Lily is distraught from the death of her parents she can't imagine life without them. She finds a letter in a bottle that gives her strength to go on. Who was this boy that wrote to her? Could there possibly be someone out there that loved her so deeply?
This is the prequel to my other story, Message in a Bottle. It isn't essential that you read that one first, but it might be helpful.
Summary: In 7th year Lily learns that Remus fancies Sirius. The only way she can get them together is with the help of one she hates: James Potter. Includes perspective of Remus, James, Sirius, and Lily. WARNING- readers may die of laughter.
Summary: Lily Evan's life is just the way she likes it. Nothing much happens unexpected, and she has all she needs: loving parents, loyal friends, a place to call home. So what if she and her older sister don't get along? So what if there are people who hate her for the blood that runs in her veins?
She's on her way to her seventh year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and there the rising danger that casts the Wizarding World in shadow, putting every Muggle, witch and wizard alike in mortal peril.
When disaster and tragedy hit too close to home, and Lily starts to close off from her friends, one man takes a stand and pulls her back out. He's been in love with her since youth, and this year is his last chance to win her heart.
Summary: Lily makes a slip-of-the-tongue that causes James to wonder.
Summary: Meet James Potter, a clever, somewhat mischievous, popular student at Hogwarts. He takes every situation in stride and has everything under control, except one: Lily Evans, an amazingly beautiful and intelligent individual. He loves her more than anything, but she despises him more than anything, and a not-so-impressive run-in late at night with her leaves James thinking that chasing after Lily might be hopeless. Then, a series of events happen in James' life, which is topped off by an unexpected visitor that makes his sixth year too sweet to remember.
Summary: James and Lily-their seventh year. We all know what happens in the end, but what about the beginning? In their last year at Hogwarts, mysteries unravel, friends are betrayed, and, of course, couples destined to be fall in love.
Summary: From the writer of Clair De Lune... Follow James, Lily, Sirius, Remus, and Peter through their seventh and final year at Hogwarts. Sinister schemes and crazed fiascoes ensue, and of course, who can resist a little romance? Rated 3rd-5th years for language.
Summary: I didnít do that, I didnít do that, I didnít do that, I didnít do that, I didnít do that, I didnít! It didnít happen. Itís never happened. I didnít do it, I didnít do it, I didnít do it, I didnít do it, I didnít- OH, GOD, I DID! A slightly amusing one-shot about Lily Evans.
Summary: Lily Evans has just about everything to deal with. James Potter, NEWTS revision, James Potter, annoying friends, James Potter, song writing for the "Cheer Up" Christmas Ball and James Potter are just a few of them.
It was only natural that she should put off the song-writing until the very last minute.
Sitting by the fire of the Gryffindor common room, she searches desperately for inspiration. Her eyes land on James Potter. She begins to write...
Summary: As another full moon dawns upon the Marauders and Lily Evans, things take a dramatic twist that threatens the well-being of the school.
