I'm a mother of two very adorable children. I stay at home witht them so Harry Potter stories keep me sane when they are driving me to the brink of insanity. I'm currently working on my first ever peice of fiction called Something Worth Fighting For. I'm really enjoying it, and I hope you do to.
Hello everyone who may be reading this. Something Worth Fighting For is on a slight hiatus. No, I am not abandoning it I am just re-writing it in order to accommodate Deathly Hallows. I can't wait for you all to read it as i think that it is better than ever before. Look for an update soon as I have a newly written chapter one is with my beta.

Summary : The sequel to Daughter of Light. Maeve has a very bad end to her honeymoon as things come to light about Severus that astound her. Why is her husband so keen to keep Draco Malfoy alive at all costs and can she really get over her loathing of Narcissa Malfoy to work together to save both Severus and Draco from the fate that Voldemort would like to inflict on them? Why is Harry so furtive and will Neville save the day when Maeve’s necklace is returned to her by her father. Oh, and our favourite bad-boy Auror is back!
There has been rather a long break in the writing of the story due to work commitments, but I'm back on the case and hoping to get it finished - if there's anyone left still reading!! :-)

A different sort of alternate universe... It is a world under the thumb of an ancient emperor. Muggle society has been oppressed beyond recognition. Wizards rule over all, their only laws defined by power. This is the story of a rebellion, a family, a traitor, and the long road that leads home at last.

This story is about Harry's struggle...his struggle to obey his mind when his heart is screaming out in protest .
It's about Ginny's secrets, her aching heart, and where her loyalty lies.
Mainly, this story is about friends, those you can trust and those who can't trust you.
Reviews are fun and easy! So don't shy away from stating your opinion...trust me, it feeds the fire so I'm not left out in the cold! ;)

Ever wonder what the world of Harry Potter would be like as a soap opera? Me neither – until now, that is. Set in Harry’s 6th year, think of this as the parts of the Half Blood Prince that JKR didn’t want us to see. If you're into unconventional ships, this one's for you! Behold… As the Wizarding World Turns
Episode 9 is up!
*****Excerpt from a later chapter*****
"Haven’t you heard the rumors about her – one date Weasley
“One date what!?” Harry stared at Hermione dumfounded. He turned his head towards Ginny who once again started snogging Dean. Dean’s hands wandered to his girlfriend’s bum as she pulled the lower half of his body closer. “Hmm… makes sense,” he admitted.
“Anytime she brings up that sort of thing, I try to act like I have loads of experience too, but actually I have no idea what I’m talking about.”
“But what about you and Krum?” Harry asked, still visibly uncomfortable about their conversation.
“Oooh big deal. So we kissed a couple times. That means I must be a demon in the sack,” Hermione answered sarcastically. “Look, I was thinking…” Hermione started to blush. “I need to find someone I know to you know… practice with.”

Diagon Alley, 11:28am, 1946
‘The Salesman turned it over in his fingers. It was so small, and appeared so very frail. But if, indeed, what the old wand maker said was true, its value knew no ends.’
Mr Ollivander Sr. has an item on his hands to sell a young Salesman of Borgin and Burke’s. It is small, yes, but even the tiniest of packages can be full of surprises, full of power, and even, sometimes, full of memories.
The locket… the cup… the snake… something of Gryffindor’s or Ravenclaw’s…
This placed third (*boogie*) in the One Shot Challenge – Borgin and Burke’s.

Everyone knows about what it was like for Harry Potter to enter Hogwarts for the first time and fight the Dark Lord for the Second. But no one knows what it was like for his best friend. No one knows what it was like to continue standing in someone's shadow. No one knows what it was like to always be second-noticed. No one knows what it was like for Ronald Weasley. This is an account of their first year through his eyes, told his way. No warnings, unless you count sibling rivalry as GA. I know the first chapter is long, but it's worth it to set the story off right. Enjoy! Please review and let me know what you thought!
Please, please review! Chapter Eleven is up and I beg your forgiveness for being so long with the updating!

When I was a kid, I loved a TV show called This is Your Life. According to www.museum.tv, “Ralph Edwards... developed the formula for a separate radio program called This is Your Life. It began airing on radio in 1948, and became a live television program in 1952, running on the NBC network until 1961, and reappearing in syndicated versions briefly in the early 1970s and 1980s.”
So, I got to thinking about someone in the wizarding world deciding to do the same concept on the Wizarding Wireless Network. Of course someone would insist on doing an episode with Harry, right?
Note: This is Version 2, with more guests on the show!

A sixth year fic that explores what might happen if Harry moves past the angst and starts to put his life together and has a few things break his way for a change.

Nine years has passed since Harry defeated Voldemort. Nine years that he spent in a coma. He wakes, to find that life has passed him by. How do you go on, and can love be found after it has been destoryed?
This story was written pre HBP and takes none of that new cannon into account. Also, it might be better defined as a series of one shots than an ongoing story.

This story starts during the summer between Harry's fifth and sixth year. It follows his journey from the skinny, guilt-ridden Boy Who Lived to the Man Who Would Defeat Voldemort. Some H/G and R/Hr romance. Chapter 50 is up!!!! STORY COMPLETE!!! Written pre-HBP. This story no longer follows cannon.
