BlackGryphon here. You may figure out that in the story (which will hopefully be posted) I am represented by Kris. As stated in the AN, it may seem a bit confusing at first, but you'll get more back story as it progresses.

Oh. You want info on the OCs? Well, here's a quick run down.

Kristine- Called Kris, she is what we call a morpher, which means she has a genetic trait to turn into a gryphon (or griffin as we put in the story) Heck. There are three different spellings for one word. Anyway... her godfather, Remus Lupin, had raised her the best he could with his condition, but he eventually left her in the care of a Wizarding School in Germany. Unlike Hogwarts, it looks after students who have no where else to go. Her mother was killed when she was about 22 months old, but she is a spitting image of her: Blond hair, blue eyes, and a fiery attitude. Her father, according to Remus, left her mother not long before that. She finds out the truth when she meets Harry Potter in her third year because of Remus's teaching job.

Thistle- No one really calls her by her full name, so Thistle is Thistle. She was raised in America by foster parents because her real parents were on the run from Death Eaters. Since she is a native born Brit, but an American at heart, she was brought to Hogwarts at age 11 for her first year. She became quick friends with Harry, almost as quick friends with Ron, and amazing quick friends with Hermione, and then the next year, Ginny... that is, until she was temporarily expelled and sent to Blackforest School of Magik which is where she meets Kris and Kisa. It was also where her own morphing ability began to develop. She eventually (about halfway through 3rd year) mastered becoming a polar bear. 3rd year, she was allowed to come back to Hogwarts, only to find Kris had followed her. She prefers muggle wands. In other words, guns.

Kisa- Kisa Hiroshi is not this girl's real name, but she has her reasons for hiding who she is. Kisa is a phoenix morpher... the only one of her kind and was abandoned at a very young age on the front steps of Blackforest. She is very efficient with potions and an amazing healer, even though she's deathly afraid of hospitals. Around age 6 she meets Kris and the two forge a strong bond of friendship until Kris is taken to Hogwarts. She likes to keep to herself, but really has a gentle heart.
