I'm a beta reader, so if you need one, hit me up. When I am working on something, I appreciate having an open, creative mind to bounce ideas off of, check me on my thinking, and catch the little things that take a story and make it great. I enjoy playing that role nearly as much as I like writing my own ideas.

Any rating is fine. I think if someone is going to write an R rated story, the elements that bring it to that rating need to be justified and further the plot. As far as shipping goes, my favorite is Harry/Ginny. Of course I love Ron/Hermione as well. I’m not offended by any coupling of characters, as long as it’s not unfounded or offensive. I usually wouldn’t be thrilled about a Harry/Umbridge story, for instance.

I can usually return a several thousand word chapter within a day or two of receiving it. Exceptions would be during heavy reporting time at work or when I am out of town at a conference. I would of course let anyone that I was working with know about such occasions ahead of time.

I do have a research focused college degree in the study of world religion. I have studied German (not much good in Harry Potter stories, but there you are). I’ve taken many writing classes. I am both a film and movie nut. Harry Potter is one of my primary passions, so I’m a good resource when it comes to keeping with canon.

Some of my favorite writers are C.S. Lewis, Tolkien, Douglas Adams, Shakespeare, Dahl, and Rowling. Along with being a Harry Potter nut, I'm passionate about Superman and Star Wars.
