My name is Haley, and that's all you should know. I'm very complicated, and sometimes I go on emo roller coasters... I live in the great state of Alabama, and despite the traditional views of it, that's not true. I promise you that the South is the best place to grow up. I love the life that I live.

I'm a cheerleader, though not a snob (cheerleaders are NOT snobs, but are more like family). I'm part Irish and Scottish. Music is my passion, just like cheerleading. I love to sing and love to write stories and poetry; this is why I started writing for MNFF in the first place (I also like Harry Potter, yes, I admit it). It helps me unleash my feelings and my soul without anyone having to see.

Never be ashamed of yourself, and never give up. NEVER get discouraged, and know this: the only person who can ever stop you from achieving is YOU. Never trust anyone but yourself. I learned this the hard way... I recently had my heart broken, and that's something that will never leave me alone. I trusted someone, and that person took advantage of me.

Anyways, I love rock music, especially metal and emo. My fave bands are Nirvana, Flyleaf, Evanescence, Seether, Panic! At the Disco, My Chemical Romance, Wolfmother, Taking Back Sunday, AFI, The White Stripes, Hawthorne Heights, and Three Days Grace. My favorite song is "MakeDamnSure" by Taking Back Sunday... my second favorite is "Fully Alive" by Flyleaf.

When I hurt, I go home, blast my iTunes as loud as possible, and reflect on the lyrics. And then I write about what I feel in my heart and soul. That, my friends, is what it's about.
