I'm a 26-year-old visual journalist who lives in Arizona with my three cats: Peekaboo, Lil'Bit and Kirara. I grew up in Alabama and moved from there to Tennessee to Maine and now Arizona. Unfortunately, the availablity of both red-haired, blue-eyed men and black-haired, green-eyed men were sadly lacking in Maine!

This is my first venture as a fanfic author into the Harry Potter world. I've been writing fanfiction for almost 11 years and the other main focus of my writing at this time is on Lina Inverse and Gourry Gabriev of the anime Slayers. I've also written stories for Inuyasha, Rurouni Kenshin and a few other series. One of these days, I'm going to get around to writing my first HP idea - which was a Sirius, Tonks and Lupin friendship story revolving around Tonks and Lupin's attempts to entertain Sirius during his confinement to Number 12 Grimmauld Place and the fact that poor Moony is the butt of a very intresting cross-culture joke.

Although I've been reading HP for years, I didn't become an addict until around the time Half-Blood Prince came out. When I first read the series back in 2001, OotP had not come out yet and so I was thinking that the final ships could either be a toss-up between H/Hr (the evil one) or R/H. I wasn't sure where JKR was going other than I didn't like Cho. After OotP, I was convinced that Ron and Hermione would wind up together (yay!) and was for Harry/Any Female Except Cho. I thought JKR was introducing Luna to eventually date Harry. When I read HBP, all of a sudden, Harry/Ginny made perfect sense and I went back and did a deep reading of the entire series and could see everything subtly building up to HBP. Along the way, I found myself becoming a huge fan of Ginny and I appreciate how JKR had her develop over the years very subtly before she bursts forth in OotP and HBP. So now my ships are firmly R/H and H/G, with additional love for Tonks/Lupin. I mean, how can you not love them? They're so adorable!
