Wow... reading that fic brought tears to my eyes. You've captured Ginny's emtions so well, and now I have a better understanding of why people spiral down into depression and self hatred. It was very touching to see how supportive and loving all her friends and family were.

It's gorgeous and powerful. The imagry you used was simply beautiful. I have rarely seen a dark and angsty story where the characters were kept in-character and cannon. You did a wonderful job of that. I applaud you, darlin'.

That was a very well done story.
^_^
And I like how you put " God " at the end , instead of " Gods " like so many authors do.
I'm a Christian , so thats very important to me.

fantastic! i was hooked from the first paragraph. trust me, i really know what it's like to feel that way, and to do that to yourself. as i don't believe in god, the ending sort of spoiled it a little for me, but aside from that i loved it!

Usually I don't really go for Angsty!Ginny, as I find that it's a bit over-used and can get very cliché. Therefore I must say it takes guts to attempt to write her. This story was very original, though.

I really enjoyed how Ginny's feelings are made so clear by what she says about the sun, the wind, the moon. It also ties together nicely in the end when she reflects on them again, and sees them in an entirely different light.

I think you portrayed all the characters very well, too. It's especially good how Ginny blames herself for not being like them, naming the good qualities she wishes she had, and then, when her friends come, it's those qualities that she was hurting herself over that essentially save her.

The imagery that is used is slightly disturbing (definately not in a bad way, though), and described quite well, though I'd have liked to have seen just a bit more description (even though the fic is mostly focused on emotion, which you portrayed very well).

I really liked the "Slice" part, since it was a straightforward, believable reason for why Ginny was doing what she was doing.

It's also very good that she wasn't completely healed in the end (that would have been way too fast) but that the reader knows she is healing.

All in all, this is a great one-shot.

Wow, that was very, very.... there's no word to describe how well written and touching this is, and I sound corny so I'll just stop right now. ;)

this is a very good perspective on a ''cutters point of view''. people need to understand where they come from.

It started out really dark then got light. I love that in a fic. Great job!!
