This was absolutely beautiful. The third stanza was my favorite...very sad, very powerful. The part about "and my life/drain away, red against white" was pure genius. Keep it up, BP! :D

I enjoyed this on the PA, and it is still lovely now! :) I, too, wrote on Helena for this challenge, but I admit yours had a depth that was beautiful!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review! I saw your pome, actually, and I thought it was really good. As for the depth, well, originally it was a far more cumbersome poem, but Natalie encouraged me to shorten it to what it is today. :)

I really liked this! Anything to do with Ravenclaw are my favorite stories, so this a definite like! I just don't know what to say about it because it was all true and sad and wonderful at the same time. Beautiful work!
