Oh wow another great look into Harry's life, I wonder if they'll find the heir. The part with the painting made me cry, how wonderful for Harry to now "know" his grandparents. Thank you for your wonderful writing.

Oh, goodness! A mystery! I immediately love where this is going! Leave it up to the goblins and the Blacks to create a complicated conspiracy (or is that not the right word?). I like how there is an implied sense of the meanings of "House, Noble, and Most Ancient". I'm not sure what to make of them quite yet. Where does this fit exactly into your timeline? I'm assuming quite soon after the battle. Excited for more! :)

This was supposed to be a one-shot, but it grew. There will probably be one more chapter. I've actually given you all of the clues you need to work out who the Noble and Most Ancient vaults belong to. At least, I think I have.
This takes place while Hermione is at her parents. Ron is eighteen, Harry seventeen, and Ginny sixteen. It's a missing moment from Grave Days.
