I have to say, I was glad to see more poetry posted by you. I love the style of this one. It makes my heart ache for Snape. The chapter on his memories was by far the best in Deathly Hallows. Actually, it was probably my favorite chapter in the entire series. Keep up the great writing!

Nice job once again. Reading your Snape pieces and being totally choked up by Alan Rickman in DH pt 2 I really want to go back and examine him more carefully in canon. There's so much more to him than meets the eye. He really was a tortured soul.

Author's Response: Yes, he was much deeper than we first were shown. I had a suspicion he would turn out to be more than he seemed after the first couple of movies. I think it was the expression Alan put into his eyes that gave it away, since he knew early on from JK what motivated the character.
