Hello. :) I know nothing of poetry and I almost never review it because of that. But I did like reading this because I'm a R/Hr junkie.

Just one thing: in your last line, did you mean to say "not known what could have been"? I just thought it read a bit awkwardly there, and that maybe you intended her to express that she didn't want to lose him and NOT know what they could have been together. I may be off my rocker though. Again, I'm no poet.

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I am really glad somebody liked it. In the last line, I did intend for it to say "and know what could have been", because she is expressing that she doesn't want one of them to die and be left by herself knowing they could have had something together. That's all. Sorry for the confusion.
