When I started to read, I was expecting that it would be about a specific character. You know, the death scene of one of our faves. I am happily surprised to find no character specifics! There's an eerie quality to this piece that seems to suggest, 'this could be you'. Very nice.
Author's Response: Well... thank you. I'm not sure I like the idea of telling my readers it could be them, but apparently you liked it, so I guess I'm glad.
Super awesome! I love the way it flows.
Author's Response: *snortgiggle* That's quite the compliment. xD Thanks!
Really well written! It was really sad, and I could actually visualise the scene taking place. Who's POV is this? --Nadia :)
Author's Response: Thanks, Nadia! I wasn't sure about the POV when I wrote it; I guess it's just up to your interpretation. Thank you for the review!
WOW! Lisa, that's a fabulous poem. No, it's not a traditional tritina, but who cares!? This is lovely and really packs a punch. Very impressed.
Who is it? For some reason I think it's Colin :( but can't be sure. Well done. ~Carole~
Author's Response: Aw, thanks Carole! That really means a lot to me. As for who it is, I'm not exactly sure. I was just thinking one of the students who decided to stay. It could've been Colin, I suppose. Thanks!
