This is a really impressive story, I love the way it's writtne from first person, and the short, almost snappy sentences give it an air of being thought in someone's head rapidly, as if re-living a memory. It puts me in mind of Severus and Lily, except obviously more extreme, but I'm unsure whether you meant it to relfelct their story or not, as it was the male in this story who was betrayed, not the female.
I would have liked to have a couple of names of te charcters at the end, perhapas, jsut to give them a little more personality, are they perhaps decendants of people from the original stories?
Anywho, nitpicking aside I thought it was an excellent read, very well done :)

Wow. That was awesome, and very dark. I liked it, and very well written. But it did make Hermione look like a btch. I don't think she would ever be that evil.

In regards to nasty Hermione, I can totally see how that would come across, but in my mind Draco has several screws loose, and has completely misread the relationship. Hugs, kisses on cheeks and squeezing hands (maybe all for support) to Hermione might be seen as friendly, but seem like a burgeoning romantic relationship to Draco.
