Author's Response: Thank you again, eniroc! I have had half of the next chapter written now for two months, but real life stepped in and mobbed me! Good news is that the end is in sight for a series of deadlines with my job that have kept me running non-stop since Christmas - so I hope to get up a new chapter at some point in the not so distant future. Thanks for sticking with the story! :)

Awesome. I love the part abot the rain, especially the last line-- "It should have been raining." It just gives the whole prologue an ominousous feeling it wouldn't have otherwise.
