Oh, I hope you didn't misunderstand my review on Chapter 8! I've just read your response and I didn't mean to imply that Iwas rooting for Sirius/Remus, I meant that I was rooting for Seiri/Remus!

Aww, I can't believe you updated! I am so happy! I fell of the face of the fanfiction world for several months, and seeing that you updated made me so incrediably happy! I really idenified with Sieri in this one, especially about liking someone with a significant other who fails to notice that they are so wrong for each other. *sighs* Boys... Anyway, I was getting off topic here but the point is, this is a great story and even though it no longer applies to canon, its still a wonderful fic and in my opinion, the best one ever written. Great job, as always!

Ah, I'm so glad you've finally updated! (And that I've finally gotten around to reading again... lol)

I'm absoloutley in love with the magnificent banter in this story, it really contributes to the overall greatness of the story. All the dialogue, is great, really...as well as your whole writing style.

I'm going to blame you for something, though...the more I read of Seiri/Remus, the more uninterested I am in Tonks/Remus. :-)

*sigh* I love this plot you've got going. It's certainly very creative and intriguing, and you've done an excellent job with incorporating all these characters...bravo!

Hope to see more soon!

So, um, is it dead? Or isn't it? HPB made practically everything AU. Although I am a supporter of Snape Is Still A Good Guy. :) I like your stories but.... you never finish anything. :(

I'd just like to add to my other two reviews that making me cry is good. I cried for several days after, you know, the ending of HBP and its my fave book ever! I'm very anxious waiting for an update, though! I know you have written about a zillion other great fics, but this one really has some die-hard fans. Like me!

Author's Response: Ahah! Well, that's good to hear. Yes, HBP = pure luff. Everywhere. I'll try to update...I really will...I had the chapter planned out, too, and it DIED, but it does me good to know I have die-hard fans. *hug*

Chapter: Chapter 2: Knowledge

It's odd how usually Hufflepuff is the catch-all house and suddenly Seiri is put in Gryffindor because that's all that's left. Ah my Remus has come. *sighs*

Author's Response: *grin* Surely you recognized my ploy? She had to be in the same house as the Marauders. She just did. Hahaha. I sort of twisted their world around to make it fit. And yes, ditto...Remus....*drools* Thanks for the review!

Ahem, wizards are of age when they turn 17. A common misconception. I enjoyed Seiri meeing Sirius. And him commenting on her name. :D

Author's Response: *curses* Cheers to reviewers who pay better attention to canon details than the writer. I'm getting lax. I'll try to fix it, unless I just go into a bout of laziness. Thanks for the review! :)

Well, now...I haven't been around for a bit but this story is looking as good as ever- if not even better than I remember it!! I'm very attached to this little story...it's always awesome to read. I love it, I do...hopefully there's another update soon!! Oh, no, I definitley meant Seiri/Remus...slash isn't really my thing either.

Author's Response: *sigh* And I meant to keep this story going, I really did. I even had the next part all mapped out in my head. I don't...grr. I'll try to update. It's very encouraging when I keep getting reviews like this. Thanks SO much for that, it's really uplifting. ^_^

Wow I'm a Remus/Tonks shipper and have read all your R/T but cuz Tonks probably wasnt even born then, I am officially a Remus/Seriri shipper. Its so sad, though about going to the Shrieking Shack and all. Just curious, are you one of those famous Snape is a Vampire believer? Sorry, aint gonna happen Still one of my fave stories of all time though.

Author's Response: Haha! I think this is the first time anyone has ever said they ship one of my original pairings. That makes me feel absurdly special. *beam* I thought the Shrieking Shack scene was all right. A little vindictive, though. I hate doing stuff like that to Remus. And no, I don't think Snape is a vampire, don't worry about that! I just thought it was a nice ploy to sidetrack Seiri from the real issue at hand -- i.e., Remus is a werewolf. I'm not one for vampire-Snape myself. Thanks for the fab review!

Chapter: Chapter 7: Shame

i loved u're story and but couldnt figure out who the myserious beater was. i checked the review 2 c who it was and thought out it couldnt be the creeveys' dad cuz they r muggleborn. thats why colin was attacked. however, if u've seen the GOF movie yet, u could make him nigel's dad (dont ask) still your fic is amazingly good and like all your others, made me cry several times why arent there guys like remus at my school?

Author's Response: *headdesk* Thank God for someone who pays attention to the canon. I'm so ridiculous. I'm glad you pointed that out! I never liked Chamber of Secrets, I forgot to check up on that fact. Hmm, it could be Nigel's daddy, though. I liked Nigel, he was a cutie. I'm sorry it made you cry. :( And I agree. WHERE ARE ALL THE REMUSES, DANGIT?! lol. Thanks verrah much for reviewing!

Wow. I actually changed someone's mind? I made a diffrence?! You don't know how bizarre this feals. Thank you for seeing eye to eye with me and agreeing to continue, I really am eager to read more. Thank you! Gah, this was an awesome ending to a extreamly awesome day! although you probobally wrote this reply eaons ago (my internet's been down for ever) it has made my day complete. Ah, so happy. *Bows, hugs you and exits slowly through the mist*.

Author's Response: Gadzooks, I can't reply on time. :( Life has been an utter mess, and I meant to tell everyone, I took a brief hiatus from the Internet due to personal busyness. On the bright side, I'm back. On the bad side, I haven't written anything for a month. OH GOSH. *cries* I was writing more...and it was going so well...I'll try to force myself to write more, I really will. I'm glad I made you happy, though. You know, a month ago, and such. *wink* Thanks so much for.....everything! Especially your dramatic disappearance through the mist. That's what I call cool.

P.S: I have another guess at what Seri's fire visions are about (a little late, I know). Do they have anything, perhaps, to do with her brother? Don't ask how I can up with this, it just struck me ...
I'm really sorry about double posting, my other review seemed to copy itself for reasons unknown. Sorry about that. My computer's not that well, I guess.

Author's Response: It's never too late to guess! And ooh, you're close. They're sort of unofficially related to her brother -- well, the first one is. The others don't have to do with him. What are we up to, four now? I believe there was one in the last chapter, that one should be pretty easy. But clever! You're getting close. Fawkes, if I don't remember, remind me to tell you what the all mean. And no prob about the double posting. Computers are the root of all evil. I named mine Lucifer. Cheers, Fawkes dahling!

Chapter: Chapter 9: Resignation

I must say that was well worth the (long) wait, I really enjoyed the plot of that chapter and I like how Remus and Seri stay close friends despite ... opsticles. It saddens me very much to hear you thinking of retiring this story as it has enormus potential. I'm not just saying that because I really enjoy it, but I feel that abadoning this story would be leaving many of your other faithful readers with an unfinished story. I agree with what you said about the latest book and I understand how you feel about how Remus was written at the end and I know it's not really my place to force you unto something you do not wish, but I do have a few things to say. I, like many others I'm sure, have waited for your much welcomed chapter nine and are eager to read more. I understand how fustrating it may het trying to write a story, but I assure you it dosn't show in your story as much as it does in mine. I have thought many times of retiring my own story but even I must admit that it has an amusement to it, odd as it may be. So, in short, I believe that you must do what you think is right. It seems that you have quite a few readers here and I'm sure many of them share my opinion. You're story does have a unique tang to it, after all, and I don't much like being left hanging. Perhaps you could just write a few more chapters and make it a short story? That's mearly a suggestion and I do not wish to be pushy or bossy. Anyways, that's my lengthy opinion (sorry for waisting all your time).

Author's Response: .....!!! I am touched and humbled. Like, honestly. Reading this response has given me something of a reality check. It would be quite nasty of me to leave all readers left hanging. Yikes. And you guys have been with me the whole time too! *big teary eyes* Dohh. *headdesk* Well, I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that after reading this review, I blinked a few times, stared at Shattered Trust, and performed emergency CPR on it. AND IT'S BREATHING. !!! IT'S ALIIIIVE. This story was only going to be about twenty chapters anyway, including the epilogue, so you're right, it wouldn't be too much effort to poke it into existence. You were definitely not pushy and bossy and, in fact, you just saved this story from an untimely death. You did *not* waste my time at all! I am very glad of this, because otherwise the story might definitely have flopped. So yeah, okay, I can't edit my stuff right now because of the maintenance, but ANNOUNCEMENT: THE STORY ISN'T DEAD YET. IT AIN'T OVER 'TIL IT'S OVER. IT'S ALIIIIVE. AND ALL THAT JAZZ. Eh? Fawkes, thank you SO much. For your reviews, for your enthusiam, for your advice here....everything. *huggles*

Yes! Another chapter! When I saw it I must confess to cackling in glee. But...retiring the story?! To be serious a moment, I do understand that perhaps you simply feel you cannot continue it, either for lack of inspiration or canon problems arising from HBP, but I think what Snape does does not automatically mean he's 'evil'...So maybe it could continue...I won't be annoying and nag at you if you choose not to, but it would be nice. Maybe just one more tiny tiny chapter, with Remus and Seiri getting together? Or sharing just one little kiss? Hehe, I'll leave you alone now. I've sincerely enjoyed this story; It's well written with beautiful characterisation.

Author's Response: *hides* It's not canon problems necessarily. It's just...well, I don't want to spoil HBP for anyone, although if you haven't read it yet there is *something* wrong with you...but after what happened at the end, with Remus...it's like I don't want to see him with any of my characters now. It's meh. I like the way it went and I don't want to see it any other way, even in my own little universe. Plus, the story did hit quite a roadblock. *cough*crashed into a brick wall more like *cough* And actually, I wasn't worried about Snape, because he's a $@*% in this story too, so it's all good. I'll try, I really will, at this rate I might want to finish it just to say "I finally finished something longer than a chapter gahh!" We'll see about some snoggage, though. That would be nice. It was inevitably coming up anyway. *wink* Thanks so much for being a great new reviewer for a tired old story, I really appreciate it.
