that was really good, i liked the conflicting feelings and lily's underestimating herself. I also really liked how, though you may not have done this intentionally, the marauders said goodbye in order of how they died: Sirius, Remus and Peter at the same time. It was cute.

I loved this fic. It was amazing. Especially this part:

I also liked that Mrs. Potter knew without asking that they had said yes.
I noticed that they call Dumbledore 'Dumbledore' and not Albus.
And this line “What does Albus want?”. Albus already left, so shouldn't it be 'what did Albus want?'
I was surprised Lily trusted that Alice was Alice, not some DE, without checking. She will probably get more cautious as the war gets worse. Oh, and that goes for Alice too.
I think it is a bit self contradictory to say Lily has never seen so many people in her life, and then later, that there are only fifteen people.
Oh, and Moody wasn't part of the Order yet? It seems he would be one of the first people to join.
Again, I thought this was very good. I could really feel how scared Lily was, even though she really wanted to help. *hugs* good job!

Author's Response: I thought about when Alice came to her house and Lily didn't ask her anything. I just thought that sinse Lily didn't have any experience with anything like she is doing (I expect James to have a little) she wouldn't know to ask for more info. For the never seeing many people in her life, I meant that she's never seen so many people who are willing to fight against Voldemort. With Moody, I know that he's apart of the Order, but I didn't have him there because he might have been on and Order mission or an Auror mission. Not everyone can make it to all of the meetings. I am so happy tha you thought this was good because I think that it one of the worst things that I have ever written. Thanks for the review! *hugs*
