I am interested in seeing whether Draco will be able to protect his son (even if it means not being able to please everyone) if Lucius regains his senses...
Author's Response: Lucius will regain his senses, but in the end, Scorpius will have to stand up for himself.
So good. I love the Draco/Astoria dynamic, and that Draco actually married for love. :) And the KoW reference, and the Sectumsempra reference, and the Shakespeare reference in general . . .all in all, quite amazing. Now update OLS!
Author's Response:Draco could never have married someone who didn't love him. With Lucius making him feel he rarely measures up, he needs the, er, passionate support of his wife. :)
I will, I will, mods willing. :D
i love this story! I read your Rose/Scorpius fic too, and this one was a lovely to read. It really adds dimensions to your characters. I'm so glad that Draco is happily married (and not to Pansy! yuck!). I've always had a soft spot for him too. great job, you are an awesome writer!
Author's Response:Draco has always depended on the love and support of the women in his life. I couldn't see Pansy sticking with him after his family turned on the Dark Lord, so Jo mentioning a "wife" with no name in the epilogue made me happy because I knew whoever it was, at least it wasn't Pansy! :)
Nice one shot. I enjoyed it.
Author's Response: Thank you! I enjoyed showing another father losing sleep over his child. :D
