a few years ago when a very dear pastor of mine had cancer, he said that his last year had been a time of great sadness, but also of reat joy.

This was so sad! I can feel Narcissa's worry for her son, Draco's sadness, and the ominity of Scorpius playing.

I am so proud of you for writing this. This must have been hard, and brought back painful memories, but you used the tough stuff to make your story better.

this is truly touching i am almost crying in fact i think i am !

never have i read anything like this it is truly a wonderful view on the pain that cancer causes

and seeing as it runs through my family i can relate to this

Author's Response: Thank you very much for my first review. I really appreciate it since this story was really close to me as well. Someone I love recently passed from cancer and this story is in tribute to her. It was a difficult story to write, but it was worth it in the end.
