And I'm guessing Ginny has died, and had come back a shadow of her former self? Like in DH when a person uses the Resurrection Stone?

Aww. That was so sad, but sweet at the same time. I don't suppose Harry would technically be able to touch/hold Ginny if she were really a ghost, but overlooking that, I really enjoyed this story. It was short and simple, but that just made it stronger. Though a part of me was curious to know how Ginny ended up dead, I'm glad you didn't tell us, it would've ruined the ambiguity of it all . . . I'm just babbling now. Anyway, thanks for a nice read, and good work. :)

Oh, my goodness. That was breathtaking. It's so sad, and so honest and clear. It's beautiful.
I suppose my only complaint is the overrepetition of the word "skeletal", which jolted me a little bit.
Overall, though, your story is absolutely amazing. I love it.
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I used 'skeletal' a lot to describe her because that's how I imagined her -- very bony, pale, like a skeleton.
I like this alot, but I am confussed. Are they both ghosts? I don't understand that part. But very good story :D
Author's Response: Ginny is a sort of ghost/vampire -- Harry is still human. Though if he still is by the end is up to the reader. :) Glad you liked it!

Well, i liked it :D i can say that i'm not sure how this story is going to unfold, but i've tried the whole 'ghost' thing before, and i think it's fun, albeit very difficult to write. You did a splendid job writing it :) The whole warmth-cold in spite of love thing reminded me of that book Wicked Lovely, by Marissa Mar which is a really amazing read. Anyway, my review was most likely pointless to you, seeing as it contained no sort of constructive criticism or anything, but i felt i'd tell you that i really liked it and look forward to seeing where it goes, because i know i appreciate compliments on my writing, which is something i'm terribly passionate about. OH, but i'm very interested in seeing how Ginny died, if that helps you further the plot at all, although i'm sure you already covered that in later chapters XD well, thanks for the good read. you're going on my favorites :)

I'm actually planning to have this be just a one-shot, so all I have on Ginny's death is that she died in The Last Battle (hence the Book 7 Disregarded warning).I have read Wicked Lovely, though after I already compleated this (which was about a year ago). Without even trying the became similar -- go figure!
