I enjoyed this. I think that the conversation is realistic.
I don't know how old Teddy is supposed to be in this fic, but it seems that he was older than OWL year, and I think that he would have control over changing his appearance by this time. Tonks' hair colour changing in response to her emotions was only done in the films, unless you count her loosing her abilites when she was depressed. I think saying that it used to change when he was younger would be more appropiate.
I don't think that everyone would have thought of Remus as a hero either. While he had fought in both wars, he was still a werewolf, and while there may not be as much prejudice, I'm sure that there would still be some, and that Teddy would have been teased or bullied as a result. Of course he may not mention this to anyone so it could be fine as it is.
Sorry for the long concrit section. I did enjoy this and the changes are only minor.
Oh my gosh! I loved this! It was so good! It was really well written. Most of the Teddy talking to Harry about his parents stories are really cheesy, but this was sentimental and touching without being corny. This is totally one of my favorites!

That was brilliant, very deep in places. And I never really thought that Harry only destroyed one horcrux before, funny that. Teddy seems to have grownup with very conflicting emotions, but it's good that he has Harry as they had very similar beginnings, although Teddy probably didn't have to live in a cupboard under the stairs for ten years. That last bit with Ginny and walking in to a room filled with love was very touching. Another excellent fic.
