While I find it difficult to imagine Andromeda's father as you have him written (it just disagrees with my vision of him too much), you make him plausible (as I said it's just my preconceptions that make it difficult for me to believe him) , and there is no canon to suggest that this did not happen. You give a plausible reason for Andromeda to rebel, and you captured a six year old well.

Author's Response: I can understand. He's the 'Black' in the story and the assumed pure-blood crazy guy. But the Blacks to seem to have their share of rebels, so why not make him one as well, I thought. I think my version of him might care about the 'pure blood' thing, but not to the extent of creating a mania out of it. He loves his family, above anything. Thank you for you thoughts and review!
