Wow, this was a wonderfully dark poem. I loved the flow in the sense that it was not perfect; that's what makes it great. It's not forced.

I like that it's not about any clear character, as far as I can tell, but it is clearly about someone that has led a sad life. The way that you have written this is great. It is truly a description of a life that has led to a bitter heart full of darkness, if I am taking it the correct way, which I probably didn't.

The last stanza was my favorite:

Death was the void at the end,
A void she feared to face.
For in death she would have to face all she had done.

Author's Response: Thanks for the great review! This was just a generic poem about a possible Death Eater or dark wizard...kinda taking my imagination, fears from Voldemort, and going from there. :) Chris
