That's a great story, and you're a really good writer! I really enjoy that it isn't all sweet and over-fluffy but it is more realistic. Write more stories, pretty please! ;)

Author's Response: Aw, thanks! I try. :-) I actually have another Lily/James fic going write now. I haven't posted it yet, but it's coming! It should be up fairly soon, I'm thinking.

nice job! my only thought is that Lily's change of heart seems very sudden. I like your writing style, esp. in the beginning when Lily won't let herself think about her mother's death so the reader doesn't know about it. (It reminded me vaguely of Faulkner...)

I liked this story. I actually love this story. The atmosphere and everything. It was great, and sad, but the fluff wasn't overdone and that is honestly a bit annyoing when that happens because it ruins the seriousness of the story. Keep writing! :P

Author's Response: Thanks a bunch! I'm glad you don't think it's overly fluffy...I do try and avoid that. :)
