That is so sad. Your really good at bringing out the emotions of the story. I almost cried though. How could Ginny do such a thing. And Ron is dead *cry*
What will happen next? I shall read on! (I am still clutching onto my desk, this story is seriously brilliant and my heart is beating real fast. omg I must read on!!!)
Author's Response: Don't cry! Ginny was stuck in a moment of shock, grief, and anger all at once... and she reacted very badly. In a chapter or two, I'll start to let on where Harry, Ginny, Neville, and some of the other major characters are now.
coolness! I don't know how you do it but I was sitting at the edge of my seat clutching the desk the whole way through! You really are an awesome writer!
Author's Response: Thanks, I hope I can continue to deserve such compliments! I've really been twisting my brains up over this story!
ooooh cool beginning! You really described how Hermione looks now. It's a sort of dark beginning isn't it? I like it!
Author's Response: I think this is my favourite story, because I'm letting a lot of darkness out through it.
Ahhh! If only there were more! I hope you update really soon. This story just gets better and better.
Author's Response: I have to confess I'm thrilled that you liked the third chapter. I was worried the direction was off. The next chapter will show Draco and his new window... and I can't say any more yet! If you want to read more Dramione, I have a story up called "Hermione Wild". Give it a look if you get a chance. Thanks for reading and writing!
getting ruthless I see....
yes Hermione ....
Author's Response: The only thing I love more than writing this stories is reading the reviews!!
ouch!!! I think that will work.
Author's Response: It might work too well! ;)
I must say I don't quite see how you can crack me up laughing in your humor fics and send chills up my spine in this one... Talk about multi-talented! I really enjoy this story, it's very different from any other Draco/Hermione I've read.
Hermione's ruined body is a stroke of genius, everyone else has her turning into a blond bombshell (or something of the sort). Now, let's see how you pull off the Ship...
Author's Response: You say multi-talented, I say multiple-personality! Just kidding. I really appreciate the note. I do want to avoid the cliches that appear in a lot of Dramione stories where Herms suddenly has a giant heaving bosom, or is suddenly a very sexy dancer. I want her womanliness and sexuality to be real and appropriate to her as we know her, as well as in relation to her darker side. Bringing the Ship out is going to be strange, indeed. Thanks for reading!
Yay go Hermione. Poor thing wishing she was dead though.
Author's Response: She's definitely got some issues to work through, and something to look forward to. She'll get there... ;) Cool penname, by the way. Are you from New Zealand?
Good one, Hermione. It"s very easy to picture this AU
Author's Response: The idea that the story is easy for you to picture is a huge compliment. I really work the hardest on the details in this story than any of my others. I appreciate the note!
Great chapter, as usual...
So far, my favourite one :D
I can't wait to see how are you going to turn this one in a working Dramione... with everything which happened int he past, with all the memories and all... brilliant idea for a story!
Can't wait for the next update!
Keep on the brilliant work!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I push myself the hardest on this story, so I'm especially grateful to get feedback on it. The next chapter is a bit surprising, but I hope it continues to impress!
I simply love it...
The characterization is so good, the way they behaved at the "first meeting"...
Loved Draco's horror what he realised who his new Guardian was :D
Can't wait to read on, good job!
Author's Response: I really appreciate that! This is the story I torture myself the most over, because I want to get it just right!
I loved this story when you first posted it, I'm so happy it's back...
I like the misterious cloud that surround the story, it's brilliant :D
And the characters... Hermione is amazing, it's good to read something which doesn't portrait her in the usual bomb-shell-way, this looks is great! Also adds a lot to the mist of the story...
Can't wait to read on!
Great job, keep it on!
Author's Response: I'm glad *you* are back, and loads of other people! I was happy to see so many familiar screennames, and new ones as well. Thanks for the amazing words of support, I hope my writing continues to earn it!
i really love how you write your stories. especially this one because in the flashback it felt like i was there... it was so well written :)
And at first when Draco was saying names during the interview, I had no idea they were signifigant until I read the flashback. I was like 'ohhhhhhhhh' haha. well keep writing and i'll keep reading ! :D
Author's Response: This means a lot, because I put a lot of myself into making this the story that I saw in my head. I hope it continues to merit such kind words! Thanks for reading, and check out some of my other stories some time!
omg thats all I can say
Author's Response: I hope that's good! :)
i have never come across a storyline like this
it is well written so that even i feel my stomach clench when ron died
just one question.there are so many healing spells that would have cured hermiones burns like the potion madam pomfrey used on cedric there are concealment charms that would get rid of her scars as well.just mentioning it because u said there were no cures
your story is great and i can't wait for the next chapter
Author's Response: I really appreciate the stellar compliments, and I hope I can continue to deserve them! I've really been beating myself up over this story, holding it to really high standards for myself. so I'd love to hear what you think of the next chapter! Also, you bring up some good questions, like why Hermione doesn't use magic or other simple ... adjustments... to cover up her scars and her eye. Essentially, she doesn't want to cover it up. She's punishing herself because she blames herself for Ron's death and Ginny's grief. I'll explain it further in a future chapter, but I hope I've answered your question for now!
wow, i love this.
it's so intense; i especially loved the flashback. not as in, i loved what happened, but i loved how you wrote it.
can't wait for the next chapter :)
Author's Response: I really appreciate your feedback, and I hope I can keep the pace up. Criticism and suggestions are as welcome as compliments here! I hope you like the next chapter.
Oh how could Ginny do that to Hermione??????
and couldn't Hermione have gotten an eyeball like Moody had?
Author's Response: Ginny was overcome in the moment with grief and rage... which I promise to explain further in the next few chapters! As for Hermione's eye... even though it's white instead of blue, how do you know it's not magical like Moody's eye? *Wink*
So much angst! I like it. Very excellently written as well.
Author's Response: Thanks for the kind words! I promise that the Dramione-ness is in the near future. Keep reading, all your feedback helps me write better stories!
Oh... My... God... AMAZING! This is the best I've read so far... You're an AWESOME writer, keep up the good work! This one totally rocked!
Author's Response: Thanks for the stellar review! Add me to your favorites if you want to get updates on this story, or new ones I'll be posting soon! And always check back on your reviews; I respond to everyone!
Amazing. I love the detail and depth in your story and the way Hermione and Draco interact just gave me shivers. Perfect. 10/10
Author's Response: I really appreciate your feedback... you made me blush! This is my favourite story of mine, and I'm glad there are some of you are out there to go through it with me.
