oy vey. definitely not the pairing I was expecting. for all that, and for all that I don't particularly like reading potterverse slash, I like this. I'd be interested to find out what happens next.

Nahahaha, that was unexpected! Though it probably shouldn't have been, seeing as you wrote it and all! ^_^ What I liked was the implied Draco-Harry-ness of it all... the fact that Harry's married and has kids and he and Draco are still all touchy-feely. This probably wouldn't have been as funny if you hadn't written it in that deadpan, matter-of-fact way. Also, for some odd reason, I really liked the detail about Harry having salt-and-pepper hair. And the way he's so utterly nonchalant about two guys snogging in his living room-- "All right boys, clear out!" I think I like your version of Scorpius a lot, from the little of him there was in the story.... "assessing the situation like a true Malfoy."
I just have one complaint, and it's kind of a big one. Call me a prude, but this story is rated 1st-2nd years, and there was a great big F-word sitting in the middle of the page for all the world to see. I think the language would probably bump up the rating... I mean, some young kids go on this site. I used to when I was still in elementary school, and I have a feeling I would've freaked out if I saw that then.
Still, that's only one word of the many lovely ones in this story. Interesting premise, by the way! I've only ever seen Scorpius/Albus slash... Hugo's always been the most interesting future-gen character to me, maybe because I'm a little obsessed with Victor Hugo and I love the name.
Author's Response: Yeah, I didn't realise how misleading the summary was until I saw it under Recent Additions XD I added a warning to it just in case... I know the majority of MNFF isn't too fond of slash, and I don't want to traumatise anyone :P Believe it or not, the hints of Harry/Draco were actually completely unintended. Just goes to show that H/D is eating my brain...rnrnThanks for pointing that out. I've been spending so much time on LJ that I've forgotten that kids under the age of 16 read fanfiction. I bumped the rating up.rnrnYay for Hugo lovers! :D I actually didn't really care for him until I read an H/D fic called "On Mid-Winter's Day" that included some Scorpius/Hugo, and after that I was hooked. It's a shame fandom doesn't feel the same way.
Hello--I usually can't tolerate slash fiction because it pairs up characters that aren't homosexual, but this made me laugh out loud. Cheers! Very cute--definitely would work some more basic description in, but very nice job.
