Hey,
I like the idea behind your fic- Bella considering giving Voldemort a flower. I think the story characterizes Bella very well. I absolutely love the paragraphs where she imagines giving him the flower and the one right after that she reminds herself of the truth. I personally feel those are the two paragraphs your story is about.

Oh, and the line-
‘She would stare into his beautiful eyes’

LOL. Well, seriously it is funny. I know it is cruel of us to mock Bellatrix like that but one couldn't help smile while reading that.

Another thing that struck me about the story is the way you've described love. Just because Bellatrix loves Voldemort, it doesn't mean she wouldn't want to do things two normal people would want to do. And you have shown this without making her OOC, so this fic is definitely one that I'd recommend to anyone trying to study Bellatrix's character.

The only thing that bothered me is the conversation Bellatrix and Rodulphus had about Valentine’s Day. For some reason I cannot imagine Bella talking teasingly to her husband about this. I have always imagined their relationship to be stiff. Yes, many death-eaters are crazy (can’t thin of a better word) about Voldemort, but Bella is a fanatic, and I feel Rodulphus realises that. So, I just don’t see them having that happy-couple conversation.

Overall, I think you have done great justice to Bella and her love for Voldemort, proving that just because someone is abnormal, it doesn’t they don’t feel the rush of love. :)

Author's Response: Thank you so much for all your feedback. I didn't write that line about the beautiful eyes to be funny, I was really just getting into poor Bella's head, but people seem to be amused by that part. XD Anyway, what you said about love, you're absolutely right. Bellatrix may be insane, but in the end, she's no different than the rest of us . . . even if she is in love with someone who is completely evil, it's still love.rn

rnAs for Bellatrix and Rodolphus . . . I can definitely see what you're saying. I used to think that their relationship was very stiff, even hateful. But, I don't know, they just seem so much alike. I mean, we obviously haven't seen much of Rodolphus in canon, but he was there for the torturing of the Longbottoms. He was around during the battle at the Ministry. He's around so much wherever she is, it seems like it would be strange for them to not get along. In a way, they're almost too similar, which is how I tried to show their relationship. They get along, they don't dislike each other, but love just has no place in their relationship. All right, I'm rambling now. In conclusion, I suppose it could really be interpreted either way, eh? :Drn

rnThanks again for your great review!

Oh...this is so good! Ah, Bellatrix. She's pretty messed up, isn't she? I liked how you mentioned "stare into his [Voldemort's] beautiful eyes" -- in the midst of all this sentiment we're reminded yes, Bellatrix is out of her mind. She's in love with the most evil person alive. You did such a good job with this, I started feeling sort of sorry for Bella and thinking it was cute she was romantic-- and then I was like, wait, what am I thinking, this is Bellatrix and Voldemort!! That's good writing. Nice! :)

Author's Response: Aw, what a nice review. Yes, Bellatrix is indeed out of her mind, and absolutely nuts. But she is also truly in love, and can we fault her for that? Love makes fools of us all, whether we are psycho or not. ;) Anywho, thank you again, your reviews always make me smile!
