I stand corrected. I should have read this chapter before jumping to conclusions in my Hermione way. Beautifully written, ma'am! Such spirit and love between the two perfectly matched, well known characers. You truly have a gift.
Question... In the first of this incredible series, when Severus showed Hermione into his mind, I distinctly remember the Mirror of Erised being mentioned. In the mirror, Severus showed his rememberance of desiring a "faceless" women who transformed into Hemione, and a black haired child with her eyes. Didn't that mean he WANTED a child?

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I was happy to have discovered that I hadn't read this story before. I love Severus and Hermione as a couple. My favorite part was when Severus was 'babysitting' for Diana. I can see the baby going for his nose as if it were a toy. You described the baby's behavior so perfectly. I can understand Severus not being entrtanced with other people's babies but being sure that he would love his own. My only regret is that this story is only 2 chapters long. Excellent job.
As I was looking over your writing, I realized I had never read this story. I must have been saving it and then didn't get around to reading it. The descriptions of the babies were great. I'll bet that Severus thinks Hermione is too busy with her career to think about having babies at this time in their lives. Or, maybe the strength of the Enchantment is too strong and he doesn't see the place for another person in their relationship. I really enjoyed this chapter and I'm so excited that I found another piece of your writing that I hadn't read yet. Great chapter.

this story always makes me sad. it's really good and i love to read it but whenever I do it reminds me of how much i do want to be a mom but then i remember that im sixteen and ill equipped.

This whole line of stories has been very delicious. I do hope that you continue with it. I would love to know if they have a boy or girl and what changes the baby has on the relationship.
If only all stories had such a perfect and happy ending. I have two sweet beautiful little boys I wouldn't trade for the world. Thank you for sharing, for making it so....I don't know just so.
