I love Fred. And you definitely made me cry, which is good in this case. Such a cute story!!
Great story! Loved reading it... =)
I absolutly loved this story it was amazing. I've read alot of stories about after the battle but this one is the best!!!
Hello! I know you're a fellow pinay and I just want to commend you on your work. It's good. I, myself, have not written anything yet as I'm busy trying to wrap my head around college but my sister and I have always been members of this site and I plan to make fics in the near future as well. You kind of inspired me to take a shot and see if I can make a decent fic. Thanks for making these, my fellow pinay!
Author's Response: Hi Alexis! Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing your and your sister's fics here as well! *squishes fellow Pinays!* Good luck with college and no need to thank me, I take as much as I give to our lovely fandom... ^_^
I really loved this chapter, especially George and Angelina's discussion. Why though would Fred owe George money? Did Fred bet that George wouldn't ask or that Angelina wouldn't accept? And isn't it odd that Angelina ends up with George when she used to date Fred? And where did you find the info about who married who and what children they had, I'd like to read that, shame JKR didn't do another book concerning their lives after Voldemort. I know, I'm sad, I just can't bare it to end. Anyway, I loved the bit with Ginny and the photo, especially when the flash caused James to howl. Harry seems a bit clueless with babies, I suppose he has more to offer an older child, like him advising Albus on the Sorting. Ron's a bit slow on the uptake too, and it's nice to see he hasn't lost his overprotectiveness. Anyway, brilliant as ever, don't stop writing.
Author's Response: Thanks, Marie! The bet: Fred bet he will marry Angelina, while George bet that HE would. The twins both liked her. But I think George gave way to his brother during the Yule Ball... or perhaps their own romance blossomed only after Fred's death. I've edited my author's note to reveal my source, hon. I agree with you, we could do with a whole book expanding on the epilogue. Thanks for reading and for this heartening review! *hugs*
great story! this is one of my favorite and most accurate post-DH stories! thanks also for the info about JKR'S post DH sketches, i didn't know about those little tidbits!! lol again, great story! :-P
Author's Response: Thank you, Ellen! You've been with this story from the beginning. I'm glad you liked it. *hugs*
*sniff* good chapter! i think that fred would like how they all started laughing at the table, even though they were still sad... update soon!
*sniff* good chapter! poor george! update soon!
Ye s sad people do. It's been almost a year since my husband died and finnaly we smile and mean it, most of the time. Thank you for such a wonderful story. Grandma Beth
loved Teddy's little gestures, Joanna! They were so sweet and made me coo. Oh and Harry-Ginny parts were AWESOME. My stomach gave me some very serious flicks!
keep it coming!
Author's Response: Thanks, Akay! *hugs*
*sniff* good chapter!! i heart harry/ginny chapters!!! yay!! UPDATE SOON!!
I loved this chapter, although it did make me feel sad. Thats a mark of a good author, one that makes you feel and see with the characters. I liked the song too. I expect that is how Harry would be feeling, do you suppose people ever get over guilt or regret? Thanks for this chapter, if the next isn't up beforehand, Merry Christmas XXX
Author's Response: Thank you for reading and I'm glad you liked it, Marie.
I suppose, people should get over everything in life except thankfulness and love.Oh, merry Christmas to you, too! *hugs*
A great story, so good and so sad. And Teddy doesn't understand anything, so that makes it even sadder...
Author's Response: Thank you, Anath. I think it's good that little Teddy is blithelly unaware, though, don't you agree? Poor tyke. ^_^
*sniff* good story! is this a oneshot???
Author's Response: *hands tissue* ^_^ Thank you, Ellen. Yes, it is a series of 'continuing' one-shots. Harry and Ginny next.
This is a good story so far; I especially liked the imagery of the "fleecy" yard.
One thing that was a bit confusing (for me, at least) was when Teddy first changes his hair to brown and it affects Andromeda so much. Maybe you could explain that. Just a suggestion.
Author's Response: Thank you, Bella. The hair-- it is explained further down. ^_^
Author's Response: Thank you, Amelie.
aww that was really sweet, I love the way you get a hold on her grief so well, the way you want to just sob randomly because of little things that remind you of what you've lost, bravo indeed!
Author's Response: I'm glad you think so, Chloe. Thank you! ^_^
