I liked this chapter. I think the interaction between Shiloh and Snape has been a bit lacking in past chapters, but I can see now that you've just been biding your time with those two. I hope they can have at least some semblance of a relationship. So glad to know that Jacob doesn't hate Shiloh and I am still very curious as to what is going on with him... Well done. I look forward to the update.

I just stayed up all night reading year 1 as well as year 2. I couldn't stop! I have to say, this is without a doubt, the best fan-fiction I have read. Your writing is fantastic. I was expecting this to be just another mary-sue type story, but Shiloh seems like a real person, and I think you're the first fanfiction writer I have noticed who can actually pull off writing Snape, and you do such a fantastic job. Some of your descriptions have actually given me shivers they were so good.
Anyway, sorry for rambling! I've been up all night reading ;)
