Wow. That was really touching.
I like this I always had a soft spot for the Creevey brothers, and the way you’ve fleshed them out and brought them out from Harry’s shadow is touching. I love that you’ve woven the story around small details from the books and elaborated on them to create a bittersweet story that could plausibly have fit between the gaps. The DA lesson on patronuses, the Resurrection stone after Harry drops it, and the death of Colin Creevey which is pretty much mentioned in passing in Deathly Hallows. (And a cameo from Mrs Longbottom!) Well done!
I really enjoyed reading this one-shot even though it almost made me cry:(
It is touching and very well written. You portrayed the characters and scene very well.
Keep writing!
this story gave me shivers. really. very violent but very exciting. nice job.
nearly brought a tear to my eye. Keep it up!
Author's Response: Thank you! You made me a very happy writer. Yes I'm happy that you're sad, whatever :)
wow. WOW. i never really thought about dennis in the seventh book, but i am glad to see that not everyone is so unobservant as i am. i loved all the descriptiveness but i was a little confused after the part where dennis got hit by the curse...well, im gonna go read it again and see if i get it. GREAT STORY!!!
Author's Response: You won't, I deliberately excluded that information. Dennis recovered so quickly because the curse made him physically feel his grief, but the stone, being a passage to Colin's spirit, relieved that.
Ooh, glad to see that this got posted! You really did a great job on this fic, especially the end... '

Author's Response: Thank you, you're a great beta! I'm sorry i never showed you the stone part, but I was rejected twice (grrrr) so i really just wanted to get back in the line ASAP.
This is a very great story. I love the vivid descriptions and how you characterised Dennis. Very nice!
Author's Response: And I love reviewers like you who give such great compliments :)
Wonderful story! I feel bad for poor Dennis. His parents and brother were killed. But he was brave after Colin's death. And he made a good, selfless desicion not to call back Colin by using the Stone.
